Why would he loan out a striker who scores a brace in his starter debut?

Anyway, he proved yesterday that his weak foot accuracy + frequency is much better than 5, it's probably 7. The stats need updating on his top speed and shooting as well, see my previous analysis.

I agree with Blizk, i think mostly he is underrated in terms of speed and agility, i think other stats like shooting he has to prove in more games if he can hold this level or even get better, he surely needs a big update.

@Blizk I explain the possible loan move, he can't play really often being behind Raúl and Huntelaar. Raúl hasn't been as impressive as Huntelaar is during this season, but would you drop a legend to the bench? Would you promote a young and very promising future legend to the pitch? So, what's the most likely option of those two? Maybe just a short loan during the winter transfer window to another Bundesliga club. Raúl will leave Schalke by summer anyway, possibly already in the winter transfer window to earn some profit.

About attributes, I would also raise his TW somewhere around 75-78. Other things I have noticed, he can come deep to get the ball, works hard to get the ball, works hard also in defending and also he roams all over his own half. Maybe a little raise for his MEN?

That's called Cut Back Pass and it's a defensive Index Card for strikers. I'm not sure about a raise in MEN, but Awareness OFF + Cut Pass Back would reflect this.

Sorry, I am confused. Cut Back Pass is
P11 – Cut Back Pass (SB; WB; AM; SM; SS; WF) (Offensive)
A player who likes to shoot across goal to bring others into play.
.

Do you mean Chasing Back ?

Anyway, I will update Pukki as soon as I have finished the Turkish Superlig.

Blizk wrote:I've been following him quite a bit recently. He's currently having a medical at Gelsenkirchen, so he's close to a move to Schalke just before the transfer window closes.

Here are some comments and suggestions on the current stats:

Legend: Current (Suggested)

Positions: ★ CF, (SS)
- He's currently played as a wide player just behind the striker in the national team in a christmas tree formation, so SS can be handy.

Attack: 78 (76)
Defence: 39
- Pretty good, might want to bring attack down slightly though due to not having it too high on a red arrow

Balance: 80 (74)
Stamina: 78
Top Speed: 80 (84)
Acceleration: 82
Response: 79 (76)
Agility: 78 (81)
- I'd say he's not up there yet physically, even though he's managed to catch Schalke's defenders off guard recently. Speed is his biggest physical asset, it's at least around there.
- Not as agile as in-prime Forssell, but still pretty good.

Shot Accuracy: 77 (80)
Shot Power: 79 (74-75)
Shot Technique: 76 (78)
Free Kick Accuracy: 70
Curling: 75
- Placement is key in Pukki's finishing, he doesn't rely on power that much. I agree what was said about Shot Technique previously, it's probably around there considering his age.
- Curling looks ok, he doesn't take free kicks though so don't know how it should be evaluated.

Header: 75 (72)
Jump: 76 (73)
- He isn't good in the air really. Could compare this to a player like Henry brought to Pukki's level.

Technique: 76 (81)
- He has a good first touch, absolute class for our domestic league

Weak Foot Accuracy: 5 (7)
Weak Foot Frequency: 5 (6)
- Good with both feet. Bit of an experimenting going on with his weaker foot (whether it should be 6 or 7), he tends to place shots to far corner.

Just to put things easier for tuco to update...
Other suggestions here?

And, yes I agree with that set, but ATT at 80, agree? Like suggested a bit earlier, set ATTACK / DEFENCE AWARENESS to OFF and give him Chasing Back index card.
That mentality raise, around 78 or 77, agree?

Well, his great anticipation and reactions are some of the reasons why he is doing well. Response to around 80-83?

Put this in too:
"Yes I agree with that set, but ATT at 80, agree? Like suggested a bit earlier, set ATTACK / DEFENCE AWARENESS to OFF."

Were I suggesting about the teamwork raise? He isn't the most selfish striker, he passes often for a teammate. Like that nice pass for Holtby in the game against Hannover, he was incorrectly on offside, so it could have led to a goal. Suggesting 78.
Otherwise, I just agree with the above set.

Re: Teemu PUKKI

I would switch his SA and ST based on the goals he did and his shoot attempts his shot technique looks to me better
Attack I would go for 79 as he had not this many chances to prove his postioning and being his first debut I think it doesn't justify such a huge value for a young player with not so much experience in the higher football leagues
Teamwork I would go for 77 and Response at 80 to have a starting base to discuss his set and wait how he develops

Suggestions

Attack: 79
Response: 80
SA : 78
ST: 79
TW: 77

The rest of the set is ok for me

Just remember he has now scored 5 goals in 5 matches against Bundesliga teams when we count in the Europa League qualifier against Schalke.
