I was surprised that Lampard's penalty save, but good his reaction and movement ..

I see him as closer to 92/93 res then being worthy of 94. he isn't really different from cech or sczesny in terms of reactions when I watch his saves. and de gea is above him in terms of res, pretty comfortably to me. I feel like the def and res values could switch around for hart? 94 def 92 res.

Hart's current abilities aren't even close to these in first post.

He is bit under his usual performance - so more reasonable will be decreasing FORM to 5 then stats.

It's the same old hart. Hes not even playing any worse, he was always doing this shit. I don't know why it was never called out before, but hes always had his fuckups.

Hard to tell from my position, but I reckon you can blame the english media (and just the media in general). Always building players up, just to tear them down.

While it may be true that the English media tend to build someone up just so they can bring them crashing down to earth, until recently Hart was bypassed for criticism from a number of media outlets. Especially from Sky and ITV, A good example of this is the article that was written by Jeff Stelling (last year after the Sweden match) on Sky Sports website where he said that Hart should escape criticism for any blunders and that any goal conceded shouldn't be microscopically analysed as he's England's No 1. Which in all honesty is ridiculous and if it was De Gea or any other keeper currently plying their trade in the Premier League making the errors that Hart is then they would be crucified in the media.

I agree that this seems to be the case in the past. I think how high profile some of his mistakes have been, combined with a world cup approaching with Hart as England's No. 1, is probably counting against him at the moment.

Lately it has been impotant saves, one against Poland (Lewandowski) saving draw and today England vs CSKA Moscow (Honda) also saving equalizer, this does not repair the errors and inconsistency that has taken in recent times, but proves to his great capacity.

hart was a moron to run out that much especially when his defender had a clear advantage over torres but nastasić was also retarded to try and head the ball to hart instead of simply just hoofing it anywhere...

i'd rather decrease his res to 92/93.. i never saw the need for him to be at a 94, being above lloris, szczesny and co, he's at their level if not a little inferior to lloris. GKS... never really liked this 90 though i saw some reasons to it, i'd prefer an 87-89. i think the latest update by konami, while mostly just a downgrade based on his poor showings the last year and half, is accurate for any time of hart.

I just generally see this set as overrated. Its not awful, but for example, Response is a tad high (he's only 1 short of a red value) and imo GKS have never been orange. 87-88 would be a better sort of range for Hart. He can be truly world class on his day, but those days are infrequent and he makes a lot of awful errors for a keeper as good as he is.

even if were not going to dramatically downgrade GKS, I would still prefer a downgrade to 89 just so he isn't on a yellow, I'd like it at 87 preferably though

Everyone knows my thoughts already on him being over-rated. But the only way which he is over-rated, is in the media. His stats are more or less fine to me. He is a brilliant keeper, easily one of the worlds best. He constantly makes inceredible saves and is pretty consistent in saving the unlikely to save attempts, hes just a fuck up too and this was long ignored by everyone. His fucks up shouldn't detract from his overall level though, as his overall level is extremely high.

I take that back, his fuck up side is now too prominent. Probably a good time to start decreasing him. Still needs to be a great shot stopper, but more shaky. I don't know if thats current def with lower KS... or roughly current KS with lower def.

eh, whatever.. i'll just update and we can discuss from there. Too harsh? Hes good positionally, pretty solid, good on his feet, but not great.. gets lost and makes poor choices trying to react things and failing, odd keeper. I'd see his def anywhere from 89-91 and KS 86/87.
