He is playing as a DMF this season for Ajax so that position should be added and also some stats like DEF and Def prowess can go a bit up ;)

Imo he has one of the most accurate freekicks of Europe. Almost always hits the target. Wouldn't mind higher FKA.

FKA looks fine imo. Perhaps curling should be increased.

I'm convinced now. Maybe he could have better FKA :o (and curling)

No need for higher FKA with free kicks like that one. Probably Curling could be boosted a bit, but if you ask me, SP looks a bit better if he takes long range free kicks with that potency on a frequent basis.

Scored a freekick today vs feyenoord. I heard the commentator say that he scores 1 out of 7 direct free kicks. I dont know if it’s true, but if it is , it’s one hell of a statistic. Totally deserves his Orange FKA

Even if we ignore his magical free kick against Madrid, can we agree he's probably bordering red FKA?

This was two years ago. And he keeps on hitting the target and scoring Fkicks. Should be atleast 93 FKA. Hits the target from so many angles and places the ball in different ways.

There was also probably a time where he deserved this high SA. Haven't seen it from him lately, perhaps because he's played a more reserved role. Both SP and ST could get a 1-2 point bump though. SA could be lowered to 80 or 81.

FKA should be high oranges.

EDIT: His curling could probably be a few points higher too. High yellows. He's been able to give the ball pretty crazy effects.

I also wanted to suggest it, but forgot. I still think he could bang them in. But he doesn't show it at this point. SA could be even around 76-78. If you compare him with other midfielders. He just doesn't shoot as often like before. Agree with higher curling aswel. I would go with something like FKA: 94 / Curling/swerve: 88.
I also think his agility should be around 74. He isnt this agile anymore. Speed stats could probably also be lowered.

Yeah, high greens for SA is probably okay. Agree with physical stats. It's not his strong suit.

I think he's physically tougher than this. A few points actually.

He almost always is the weak link in the big champions league games. He can't handle it physically and the speed of his decisionmaking or call it quickness of action in his mind(in dutch we call it handling speed) is too slow.
He doesn't play as attacking as a few years ago, So I would lower his attack to low 70's. Apart from the fact that he sometimes scores freekicks or score an occasional screamer, he doesn't add a lot in attack.
Furthermore his defence could be a bit higher. He is acting as a DMF and plays reasonably well there if you keep in mind that he was an AMF/winger for a long time in his career. I would push it to 57/58.
He isn't strong, but isn't really weak either. He is pretty sturdy, so I would go for 78 Balance.

Attack: 76 -->72
Defence: 53 -->61
Balance: 75 -->78
Stamina: 79
Top Speed: 76 -->73
Acceleration: 78-->76
Response: 73
Agility: 77
Dribble Accuracy: 82 --> 81
Dribble Speed: 77 --> 73
Short Pass Accuracy: 83
Short Pass Speed: 82
Long Pass Accuracy: 82
Long Pass Speed: 79
Shot Accuracy: 78
Shot Power: 83
Shot Technique: 83
Free Kick Accuracy: 92
Curling: 86
Header: 62
Jump: 63
Technique: 84-->81
Aggression: 66
Mentality: 67-->70
Keeper Skills: 50
Teamwork: 81

I have updated him with the previous suggestions and I agree with the opinion that he's the weak link. He's not brilliant even at Genoa. Scored a good fk goal thanks to Reina and missed a penalty because he was too tired.

Wrongly criticized. Smart, creative, does a lot of running the show. Was playing with two young guys who got a lot of attention, so if they were better he was the weak link. So wrong.

Good player.
