I would decrease Condition to 6.

He didn't play that often in the last years to deserve a 7

His defensive value is higher than his Attacking.
His DEF/ATT ratio is in your case not correct IMO.
He is definitely stronger in holding then in Attacking and I'm very sure of it.
Another Point is that I think that his crosses are better than his short passing.
I suggest also to give him SB as Optional.

I don't think his Att/Def ratio is wrong, he often joins an attack of WOB as result he's mostly placed as an offensive center midfielder postioned more to the side. There he can run to the baseline with Pekarik or Riehter for example to make short or long passes into the box. In my opinion he has better quailites in attacking than defending, but there he also good. That's why I'm such only that little in gap.

Did he play one time on that position? I don't have him on that position in my mind. And giving him that position, because he was playing there a few games makes no sense I think.

He supports Attacking but that's all, nothing special.
He rarely had baseline runs this Season even though he is more a side positioned CMF and this is his only "little weakness" in my Eyes.
I still believe in what I saw and what the People in the WOB Forum discuss and conclusion for the most is that he got a higher value in holding than in attacking.

If they say it so, then we should look out for a midway.
In my opinion he's quite on a same level in Att/Def, what about 70/70?

Maybe Box-to-Box suits for him than covering. But, I'm not sure. Is there someone following him?

He's not playing lately. I wouldn't give him box-to-box. He doesn't tend to attack too much. Anyway he neither deserves Covering :)

I see it as Calleklein some time ago saw it. His DEF has to be higher than his ATT. CON can go down to 5. Also for me he need a decrease in short passing. He is a good passer but not that good. He is better in accuracy than in Speed. SA is to high. On the other side ACC is to harsh. He isn´t really fast on the first steps but also notr that slow. Same for AGI and Response both is to low. FKA and Curl are to high. Some parts of monKevski´s seams much more realistic for me. The gap between TW and MENT has to be smaller. I would increase MENT a bit and decrease TW a bit.

My suggestions:

Attack: 69
Defence: 72
Acceleration: 79
Response: 80
Agility: 79
Short Pass Accuracy: 78
Short Pass Speed: 75
Long Pass Accuracy: 77
Shot Accuracy: 68
Free Kick Accuracy: 65
Curling: 70
Header: 71
Mentality: 78
Teamwork: 80

Condition/Fitness: 5

Great game today Vs. Italy (I´ve just seen the 2nd half). I saw him stronger than this and pretty accurate with passes.

He showed a quite good vision and accuracy for long passes as deep playing DMF. He deserves 80 LPA in my eyes.

Guys , Hasebe now plays as a CB or DMF and hasn't played as SB/SMF or CMF since years so those positions should be removed and CB should be added . Also his speed stats should go a bit down and seeing how he has changed , i think that also his DEF can go a bit up ;)

I really like this update. Hasebe is actually a realible CB, very fast and he has nice vision for making extremely accurate passes.
