You can compare him to Lovren most with his physical skills. They are both fast, but Maloca wins this by little.
In everything else, Lovren is much better. Defence, passing, shooting, attacking...

He is fast, but those speed test don't show much. For instance, Oremus is much, much faster in games. Makes bigger runs and often outpaces opponents.

I don't know really... I rate Barbaric at 79 as he's better then Maloca in defence, but have in mind that Barbaric has 78/78 for speed, and Maloca 84/84.

Maloča is older, more experienced and a first team player. Maybe you should lover Barbarić's stats for Deffence?

Older - not, more experienced - maybe, first team player - yes, but in any other club he would be first choice for CB, even Hajduk.

But you're right, maybe I should lower his defence...

Barbarić has talen but needs more proving himself on the pitch. For now, put his Deffence as same as Maloča or 1 point lower.
