I saw more of an 84 Mentality from Cabaye yesterday.

84 would be pretty good. He's been good so far this season, bar the QPR match (I got home about 10 minutes in, and until they recapped the teams at HT, I didn't realise he was playing). His passing looks a little better than this as well, though its perhaps a bit early to judge.

Should his LPA and LPS be raised?

Great player. Think his LPA could go up to a 85/86.. great long passer and constantly finds his team mates with great accuracy. While his TW could also use a slight boost.

I agree with that, I also think his Defence could be knocked up to around 69 or so. He's a good tackler, and in the games Tiote hasn't played, he's been comfortable as a more defensive minded CM. A 3 point gap over Guthrie (2 with Stu's set) would be better.

Hmm I don't like his DEF sitting that close to a 70. He's already got a top value for a CMF and he makes good use of his energy, reactions and speed in his defensive duties. I wouldn't mind a one point raise though. More thoughts on this?

Btw his speed stats seem a bit too high imo. I was thinking of TS 82/ACC 80 for him. Thoughts?

I agree with the speed changes, and Defence 68.

That free kick yesterday was impressive. The curling was ok, not really a great deal, but the placement... Lindegaard moved well but that was just impossible to reach, amazing accuracy. Deserving certainly more than a high green FKA for sure, although I can't really say if he's been showing a similar level of precision these last months.

Attack and LPA can easily go up. He's making so many great passes from deep. I also find him slower with and without the ball. A mid green will be much better.

Card 1 touch play can be add too.

I'd quite like to get his Speed stats sorted as they're obviously massively over-rated. Josh...?

76 seems fair. I probably see him on a similar number for DS as well. Acceleration should also be taken down a couple of points.

Yaknow, quite a lot of Konami's set for him is really good. I honestly wouldn't mind implementing most of it...

Attack: 77
Defence: 66
Header accuracy: 70
Dribble accuracy: 81
Short-pass accuracy: 87
Short-pass speed: 76
Long-pass accuracy: 85
Long-pass speed: 82
Shot accuracy: 75
Place kicking: 87
Swerve: 85
Ball control: 81
Weak foot accuracy: 5
Weak foot usage: 5
Goal keeping skills: 50

Responsiveness: 83
Explosive power: 80
Dribble speed: 77
Top speed: 76

Body balance: 78
Stamina: 84
Kicking power: 83
Jump: 77

Injury: 2
Attack: 3
Defence: 3
Form: 6
Tenacity: 80
Teamwork: 86

His 'Speed', 'Physical' and 'Resistance' stats are perfect from what I can see. I'd keep our Jump rating but everything else looks spot on. Just shows our slightly inflated standards really. Where Konami give a perfectly good 78 for Balance, we give 80. They'll give an 84 for Stamina, we'll give an 87. Same for Shot Power etc etc.

I think we could play with there 'Technical' stats mind. Not sure on there SPS being so low for instance or indeed why his Freekick Stats are that high (although I do think we could meet in the middle somewhere with their ratings here).

What do people think?

Yeah Konami make some nice works on him but I especially like the Long Passes, he always making fantastic passes from deep.
