Really no reason why he should sit so high in stamina, didn't actually mean to change speed, changed my mind but forgot to put it back before saving, I do put it forward as a suggestion though

vinnie wrote:About stamina, it's bizarre to me how he can have such a low stamina rating, he dribbles nonstop all game, he must have completed 20 dribbles against west ham. He already has low mentality, that means he gives up easily and immaturely when he's tired, and when he's depleted but with only 74 STA how long can he last? Ben arfa does several full on sprints and runs down the wing and inside, and is constantly carrying, weaving, and bursting with the ball. 84 is what he deserves for the energy he uses every game.

that was my reasoning for increasing his stamina. i really think his stamina is not his problem. he uses so much every game, doing full field sprints with the ball, shimmies, dummies, constant changes of direction and bursts of acceleration, using his body to shield and barge. This stamina value only puts him 1 above Messi; Ben arfa uses so much more energy per game then Messi. He's an inconsistent player, i wouldn't mistake an off game for his true physical capabilities, at which he is a near phenom at his best.

Also @eric7, i think increasing BB is a realistic possibility. he's such a tank on the ball, he's got crazy balance. i don't think 83 BB is an unsuiting balance, when i was testing the set as i was first working on it, i liked the effect of it. I think he's become a little better at using his body to bully and shield the ball since then though.

I've restored TS to 85, lowered LPA to 76 (could be lower i think..) SPA to 77 (could be lower as well i reckon) and lowered shot technique to 77.

I reckon AGG could go up to around 89, though i've left it for now. ATT might need to be tweaked down by just one or two points, though it's just a quiet discomfort i've noted. DS could go up i've noticed, to about 93, he's gotten very comfortable with just running full speed down the middle, and favouring using his speed over using his control to beat players.

still the best dribbler in the league.

if he truly learned to understand his game and maximize the damage he could cause... he's be easily one of the top 3 wingers in the world. shame he hasn't. he's near unstoppable at his best when he has the ball at his feet.

You can't say "if" with Ben Arfa. He's now 27 years old... 10 years of saying of him "if he start do this" :lol:

He was one of the most promissing young french players, amazing dribbler since his youngest age, but he never succeed to make more to became a world star player. He even never have a successfull NT career. Every year we say he could change. But I didn't trust it anymore when I saw he was already 25+

Ben Arfa 10 years ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oyITa2aZ_Ss

He has the exact same skill, if we make a set for him you see he never change. That's a shame because in fact he never improve anything in his game. In the team he was with Abidal, Malouda, Benzema, Fred... all of them have now made a good career. What made Ben Arfa and wich progress he made since this time ? nothing^^

Progression: Child peak, it's stopped at 17 ^^

This one is funny, you could think it's the same season as his skills doesn't change.

- Until 1:52 ==> Ben Arfa under 17
- From 1:52 to 7:11 ==> Ben Arfa from 17 to 21
- From 7:11 until the end ==> Ben Arfa between 21 and 23

When I said to vinnie "never"^^

A player of his skills, going back to a club in France (only 5th championship in Europe) fighting to not be relegated... and it's not like he's old, at 27 years old you should be at the best of your career.

His dribbling is insane, and looks like he is taking better decisions while on the ball (which was always one of his main problems).
His LPA seems a little underrated here, i'd give him something closer to yellows, like 78-79.

He's really on fire indeed, making Nice becoming the best attack in Ligue 1 (in number of goals).

He's playing as an AMF, not really as a Talisman. But his passes impressed me too, he looks to have improved it. His Long Passes are amazing at times, amazing vision on it, a bit like Di Maria troughout the forward run.

He's doing great but I'm 100% sure 85 TS is too much.
Everyone knew it was impossible. Then came along a fool who didn't know it, and he did it.

That's not what I was saying. Just that he's not playing like the Talisman card does in game. He's not a playmaker wich player around him always give him the ball and in wich he will be a distributor, and wait for run of his partner to give troughout passes, like does Verratti or Thiago Motta at Paris for example.

He did it again. It's fair to give him 95 in DA IMO.
He's sensational.
