Dude, he played like 4 matches in that position, you can't rate him after 4 matches (or where they five? It's the same).
The set looks perfect for what he did at Genoa, let's see how develops at Roma. For now he looks pretty good, for me he should play SS with El Shaarawy on the left and Salah on the Right, and put Dzeko in the fucking bench for once.
His off the ball movements are nothing impressive, actually he almost doesn't move without the ball. Back at Genoa he used to move more, but anyway he never left the wing, now it's kinda the same. No way he can be at high green on that area.

Don't judge player stats by statistics.
Everyone knew it was impossible. Then came along a fool who didn't know it, and he did it.

He scored 8 from 8 penalties he shoted. The way he shots is different everytime, quite strange and very good btw. Aside that, it seems this is the best moment of his career, at least at continuity, he found his place in the team playing as wide wf, but going to the centre and shoting/crossing. Also his da looks fantastic and he's quite good at his turns.

Fantastic DA,
The whole the general needs many touches,
His BB, 71 is too low, I have seen him fight melee and put enough resistance, could be 77 or 78 without any problem.
Response 72, is this serious? It could be close to 80's,
DA, his best weapon to overcome on the contrary, possibly can be 90, but to be conservative 89 may be the most appropriate

He definitely deserved injury C during his Sevilla and Genoa days, but with Roma it looks like he has put his problems past him. I think B is alright for his record during the last two seasons.

Stamina, on the other hand, should go down and by a lot. Salah has 85 and there's a much bigger gap between Momo and him, and I don't think Salah is much better than the value he has now. I also agree with DA potentially being higher.

Good game against Chelea. Nice dribbles, solid shots, solid link up with Kolarov in few situations. Roma deserved to win the game. Conte's sub Pedro for Luiz was dumb, i understand he wanted an extra man for counters, but he should've changed Fabregas.

He's absolutely on fire, crazy performances every match, scoring a lot and playing really well. I'm really impressed about his 1st touches, they seem great most of the time, he does them with such impressive ease. Deserved call to NT.

I've been thinking about an update for Perotti... he's a pure genius we all know, we also know that for his style he's a bit limited and he won't ever be Totti's erede, but he's surely the most creative player for Roma nowadays. I've been thinking about something like 83 or 84 for attack, and it's really the best he can get.
Secondly, his agility is something flashy for him, he has an excellent DA but doesn't excel in body turn etc... I'd probably see it better at 84-86
then, his shooting stats should be definitely higher, probably his passing too, but again no more than 84 for both spa and lpa.
tenacity could use a small boost.

This guy could do with an update as I think his current set of stats make him overpowered in the game. Perotti no longer is the winger he was a couple of years ago and now plays more like a midfielder (LMF or AMF) whereas he is still able to put in good spells if he is not injured, but lost some of his physical dominance. He is still on of the few Roma players able to beat his man on pure skills only but his TS could go down to the 77 - 79 range in my view as he hardly shows anything that warrants an 80+ value anymore. Also stamina could be reduced to a number just below 80. He is still able to complete matches but that is more because of his combative style of play (mentality) than because of his stamina. All together the set could do with an update that make Perotti still a valuable team player but no longer the undisputed started and decisive force that he once was. Any other views would be appreciated as I am looking for justification of how to update the set but I find it hard to come up with realistic values as he still possesses certain unique aspects (good first touch, great dribbling skills, fantastic penalty, combative play contributing to Roma's defence) but he is hardly decisive these days, almost never scores goals.

thank you for your precious feedback. I have updated the guy following your suggestions and some of the notes I've recollected from 17-18 and 18-19 seasons.
