A very tactically versatile and quality player overall, Dalsgaard is very good anywhere they deploy him. He has a solid passing range, really good sense of positioning at both CB and SB - as well as a good tackling ability - and overall great team mentality. He fills many roles and does all to aplomb. A member of the Danish NT and frequent starter, he was a high priority add for the section. Overall, one of the best SBs in the league and a really crucial player for this squad.

Isn't he a good long throw deliver?

Actually there is a good bunch of long throw specialists among Danish footballers. This guy, Jonas Knudsen, even William Kvist was a great long throw deliver back in in first spell at FCK and Stuttgart...
Is there a explanation for this? Did all those footballers play handball beforehand? (Denmark is a traditional powerhouse in handball for both men and women at international level. When I was in Copenhagen, I noticed handball games are broadcasted often in Denmark overall.).

It isn't something I see with Brentford since they do not really have any tall targets to aim at and more get the ball back in play quickly and start passing it around as soon as possible. I added it though since you've seen it at the NT level. Jonas Knudsen I have a draft on, but he left the Championship so he is out of my domain now and I keep forgetting to post it. Something must be in that Danish water... :?
