I read Grenoble relegated to 4th division due to financial problem, & clubs in the division can't have professional players. What's about their situation, released?

They still play for Grenoble. May be they let some players to joined other club but if a player want to stay in Grenoble, he must said "Good bye" to his money because they can't give salary in 4rd division. They will play against the second team of all professional team like Lyon B ; Bordeaux B; etc...
They have eyes but cannot see; they have ears, but cannot hear; they have tongues, but cannot speak. They are like cattle.
