How would you personally compare Martinez's Dribbling Acc & Tech to De Federico?

My only note for him is in a highlight he did a nice chip over the defender to get around him with a cheeky move.

My only note vs River Plate was that he was "pretty good on the ball". 85DA is pretty damn good

Stamina seems low. Also, isn't he better in LP than in SP?

Vs Independiente he played a great match. He made disasters with Maxi by the left attack. I think that his DA could be higher, taking account that Ricky Alvarez has 86, I don't see too much difference between they. I suggest 84 (+2) or 85 (+3), he has a great ability to dribble.

I agree, but "Ricky" is far better. 84 (+2) in DA

The TW is too high. He is a player who chooses much dribbling before the pass.
Many times it is so excessive that, I think that it 80 is a high value. On 10 situations are likely to choose 7 dribble and only 3 pass.

Agree with decrease his TW, he's a great player but too much individualistic

Perhaps exaggerated in TW, but not is as individualistic as you think.

Is a great dribbler, but it does not mean that it is individualistic.
It is very important for the attack, as Maxi Moralez.
He always tries to attend, your goal is not the goal.(el mismo lo dice)
Su objetivo es asistir y no hacer goles.
Is an ideal companion for "el pelado Silva"(goal addict).

What they think of 82 in TW?

I suggest this cards for Martínez

S02 - Passer (the same as Passing in Pes 6 :D )
S14 - Quick Turn (Typical player who uses the quick turn in his dribbling)
P06 - Speed Merchant (Always with his dribbling and decision is going forward, and likes to does that)
P12 - Incisive Run (Martínez is a player who cut in from wide and look for a goal)

What do you think?

Pass score he has (I think there is one)
Pase gol.

Why not?

Incisive Run definitely is fine for him. Always he takes the ball from wide and go for a goal, he made some goals by this play. Totally, he deserves it.
I'm doubting now if he deserves Passer or Cut Back Pass, because his awesome passes usually are "goal passes" (pases de gol)
