he is not that good, 80 for attack is fine, and technique also is to high, i now this player very well, and he is a good striker, but he doesn't play like that.

I would say especially his SA is higher than 81. He is cold as ice in front of the goal and shooting precisely does not depend on the league I think. So maybe as a first step something like SA=83... In his first test game he scored a nice lob goal, in the first training 3 goals
