I don't think Beckham is the ideal player to replace Gattuso, he is completely opposite!

formation... (mine)

Postby Tifossi » 2009 Feb 10, 13:57

Abiatti / Dida
Nesta / Bonera
Maldini (c) / Kaladze
Zambrotta / Mattioni
Jankuloski / Antonnini
Pirlo / Flamini
Beckham / Gattuso (c3)
Seedorf / Ambrosini (c2)

Ronaldinho
Kaka
Pato / Inzaghi (c4) / Shevchenko / Borriello

Its a Dream Team but Ancelotti doesnt know to use them

well this is my special formation, more offesinve than Ancelotti´s formation. but it depends of the condition and other team.

That's not far off from the formation they are using...despite the fact that Nesta, Gattuso & Pirlo have been injured.

If they go to your proposed formation, they would be lacking the "balls" that Gattusso, Ambrosini & Flamini provide. They'd get owned in the midfield IMO

Your right it is a dream team, but jmg721 is also right I think Gattuso once he gets back will be placed in to give some steel into midfield, as really some dream teams are just too dreamy and lack a proper structure to withstand aggresive temas that are not going to sitback and allow Milan to rape them like Reggina did. As save for Beckham no other player in that midfield or attack really strikes me as having at least some grit, it sort is begging to be overrun by a physical side.

This is the team I think is the first eleven at the moment.

GK: Abbiati
CB: Maldini
CB: Bonera
RB: Zambrotta
LB: Jankulovski
RCM: Beckham
CM: Pirlo
LCM: Ambrosini
RAM: Kaka
LAM: Ronaldinho
CF: Pato

Am I right with this?

yes, its rigth that the team in this moment is:

Abbiati ;)
Bonera (Kaladze / Senderos)
MAldini (because he has his last matches)
Jankulovski
Zambrotta (i think that Oddo must return to help) :D
Pirlo (he is the brain)
Beckham (Gattuso when he superate this problem)
Ambrossini (seedorf but he is so low and doesnt run :x  )
Kaka (i think Gourcuff must Return to give a change)
Ronaldinho (he is important) also, Paloschi must return for the same topic.
Pato (Pippo, but Shevchenko must return, he is a good player but Ancelotti doesnt give him opportunity)

I agree, but for me play Seedorf instead of Ambrosini or Beckham.

SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH.

nowadays formation looks like this:

GK: Abbiati
CB: Maldini
CB: Favalli
RB: Zambrotta
LB: Jankulovski
RCM: Beckham
CM: Pirlo
LCM: Ambrosini
RAM: Kaka
LAM: Seedorf
CF: Pato

For an unknown reason Ronaldinho doesn't play (Ancelotti prefers Seedorf)
if you are thinking Favalli+Maldini=77 years, my reply is Ancelotti su*ks
