Alright, this set had been waiting for approval for more than two weeks and I still didn't know what to do with it, so I approved it in the end. I'm not really convinced about the set, though, some areas look suspiciously high.

I hope someone who is watching him at the Olympics or who will watch him for Basel can give us their opinion... ;)

I haven't really seen much of him besides the olympics, but his SA is criminally high, he missed a lot of shots in these 2 matches and got one on target and scored, dunno about the rest of the set, but maybe his DA is a bit over the top, also I think he's more of a AMF/SS than an winger

after watching this guy for more than on year with Nt and local league before it stops .. i can admit that's a great signing from FC Basel .. and here's my comments and suggestions

Attack: 76 .. 76 is just fine as he's is great at skipping markers from his position ..
Defence: 41 .. will be fine at 35 - 37 as i never saw him definding before
Balance: 78 ... little bit high as he's not that strong 76-77 would be fine
Stamina: 80 .. fine . sometimes he disappears
Response: 79 .. thats too high he's fine at 74-75
Agility: 87 .. fine @ 84-85
Dribble Accuracy: 88 .. way too high , 84 - 85 maximum
Shot Accuracy: 79 .. 74-75
Shot Technique: 73 .. 79 - 80
Curling: 78 . 80 - 81
Technique: 86 ... 84-85
Mentality: 77 ... 73 -74
Teamwork: 78 ........ 75 just fine

remove 1 touch - scoring , mazing run .. add P10 - Incisive Run
position : Amf * SS Wf side Left

He's a very good player, and he's still young, hope he and Hegazi become stars abroad not like the former egyptian flops.

Alright, thanks guys for your input. I've updated the set with most of Carlitos' suggestions as they seem reasonable. However, I admit I don't know the player at all so if anyone disagrees or has something else to add, speak your mind! ;)

Yeah I know, the second one wasn't really about placement though, the keeper could and should have saved it maybe, it was kinda lucky. but a very well timed run even though it was slightly offside, that's something we should keep an eye on, maybe in the future he could warrant a higher ATT value.

I think the stats are a bit generous yet for him. He showed great skills during the olympic games especially against Brazil but he never plays in a high level championship, he only played on egyptian championship and the olympic games is a very low level to compare with other international championship.

Finally ! I have stopped checking long ago :)

I tend to believe his SA should be in the green zone. He misses, but his scoring rate is way higher than most (if not all) of the players in the SA-74 boundary. Other than that, I agree with Carlitos on his suggestions.

I think the best option now will be to wait and see how he does at Basel. Then we can perhaps update him if it's needed. ;)

That's why i believe he deserves a Scoring star and a decent increase in SA. Yet again it is better to wait until we see his performance with Basel, especially in the UCL.

Good Work, but I see his position Is SM not AM as he didn't play under Strikers but he plays at sides .
And Shot Accuracy is better than 74 it's between 76 and 79 and Response must be better than 75 .
Thanks ...

Here is an ~8 minutes highlights of Salah's performnace in Basel's last match against Zenit. Salah indirectly "assisted" both goals, the first one was scored by Diaz after a curved shot from Salah that were blocked by the keeper only to rebound to Diaz and the second was a penalty that was given to Basel after a magnificent sprint from the Egyptian.

What I'd like to suggest is a Top Speed rating of 88 instead of 86. Skip to 4:49 and watch till 5:50 , the two sprints he did were in the stoppage time btw. :)
