I think he's faster then this.

He could sit at 82 TS and 80 ACC.

every game they play shows better things than in the previous game.
I see at BAL: 79 - TS: 81 and ACC: 79

It's too early to make big transformations for him, but I agree he looks slightly faster than in the current set.
I'll keep an eye for him anyway.

I agree, if it continues like now he will rise more than TS and ACC

I edit: I forgot to put that much time without updating, obviously a young player has learned things.

Injury Tolerance: B -> A (I do not remember any injury)

Attack: 77 -> 81/82 (mentality of an attacker in progress)
Defence: 34 -> 40/42 (he don't wait up forever, help in the recovery of the ball)
Balance: 77 -> 79/80 (resist better pressure from defenders)
Acceleration: 81 -> 83 (normal progress)
Response: 76 -> 79/80 (has improved)
Agility: 78 -> 79 (normal progress)
Dribble Accuracy: 76 -> 77/78 (is learning)
Short Pass Speed: 69 -> 71 (as an attacker with some force)
Long Pass Accuracy: 69 -> 67/68 (I have not seen him do good centers)
Long Pass Speed: 69 -> 71 (as an attacker with some force)
Shot Accuracy: 75 -> 78/79 (has improved)
Shot Power: 80 -> 83 (has improved)
Shot Technique: 76 -> 78/79 (has improved)
Header: 76 -> 80/82 (find that he is a good header)
Jump: 80 -> 83/84 (find that he is a good header)
Technique: 77 -> 78 (normal progress)
Aggression: 80 -> 84/85 (already know that your role is that attack the team)
Mentality: 73 -> 76/78 (he is able to create chances in boring games or when they are at a disadvantage)
Teamwork: 70 -> 73/75 (although it is a CB, is more interested in the victory of team that his goal)

Condition/Fitness: 5 -> 6/7 (is very regular in their performances)
Weak Foot Accuracy: 5 -> 6 (made various goals with the left foot)
Weak Foot Frequency: 5 -> 6/7 (uncomplicated in shots with his left)

-----------------------

recently is scoring in almost every game he plays, about 3 goals in 4 games. In total have a little more than 0.6 goals per game, because he has not played the full matches from the start of his profesional career.

I disagree with the majority of your suggestions, please try to provide better arguments if you suggest this amount of changes, or in general any change at all.

With what i do agree is, he is getting better with every game he plays, and in my eyes he seems to be pretty decent holding defenders and fighting to get through the opposition, and maybe is just me but he seems to have gain some weight since first time i saw him. Also he is pretty dangerous when positioning himself waiting for a pass near the last line and make a quick burst, i remember that game against Uruguay where he just scored just when the game started, is an example of how dangerous is when you leave open a gap for him, i think ATK could be a low yellow for now.

About his shooting value, he mostly shoots inside the box, he doesn't need that much power, also SP 80 is a pretty decent value already for someone on his position, although i think his SA is more impressive than anything, he could be around 79-81 just to represent how well can place his shoots, imo he may be better than Vargas which is sitting on 79 i believe.

Also his condition could be 6, just because i see more often than not he does a good job on the pitch, however in some matches he simply dissapears or doesn't perform the same level the 90 minutes, therefore i disagree with a much higher Ment value, his Stamina represent him well by now.

I must say I agree, at least, in the point that SA must be over ST. For his age he's quite good placing his shots, but somehow struggles to strike the ball in a proper way when under pressure or from difficult angles/positions.
I was thinking about SA 80 ST 77 as provisional values.
MEN is already a good value for an 18-year old striker; he doesn't need a higher value in the short term at least.
I'd set his ATT in 79. He still needs more games and consistency to prove he deserve yellow values for ATT IMO. But I acept that, considering he's only 18, his very smart in his movements and in his offensive display in general.
Regarding Condition, you must not forget it also depends of the games per season of the player. He's playing regularly recently, but I'll give some months before considering to boost it.
Summaring, I'll make a general update based in some of your suggestions plus few personal tweaks from my side.

I think you take into account a lot the age of the players, do not know if you saw the progress of Wilshere (Arsenal) between PES 2010 and 2012, or how good it looks Neymar. Ronaldinho and Messi were awesome as children.

I say there is to see the skills and not age for evaluate. Not necessarily need to have between 25 and 30 to be a good CF.

You're talking about wonderkids; in Chile they appear once in a while (like A. Sánchez).
It's not only his age, but also the quality of rivals he's facing.
Not offending, but it's not the same to score a brace against San Felipe than a single goal against any powerhouse Brazilian club, e.g.

Yes, but his goals weren't scored in any competitions:
17 years old.
- 1 to Godoy Cruz (ARG) in the Copa Libertadores (professional debut, less than 10 min. played)
- 2 to Cobreloa in the Torneo de Apertura, last year they were a good team
- 1 to Godoy Cruz (ARG) in the Copa Libertadores
Turned 18.
- 2 to Antofagasta in the Torneo de Apertura
- 1 to Colo Colo in the Torneo de Apertura, superclassic
- 2 to Deportivo Quito (ECU) in the Copa Libertadores
- 2 to Huachipato in the Torneo de Apertura
- 1 to Cobreloa in the Torneo de Apertura (play-off)
- 1 to Colo Colo in the Torneo de Apertura (play-off)
Due to this, was elected... Best center forward of the Apertura 2012, according to the SIFUP.

Later, scored 1 vs Uruguay (U23) that qualified for the Olympic Games
And I have not exact data, but has been fundamental in the U20 Tour, scoring in almost all the matches.
He easily can be a leader... with 18, 19 or 20 years old.

This kid needs some tags like scorer, 1v1 finisher etc added ASAP.

Ever since the U-17 Sudamericano which is the first time I got to see him, and untill now with other youth sides and with U last year - he has shown to be one of the more clinical striking prospects I can honestly remember.

This kid has some natural scoring instincts that you just can't teach with the way he helps the passer give him the ball, the movement he makes, his anticipation and concentration in the box - and his clinical finishing on the ground or in the air.

He has ways to go - but this kid is just so, so impressive and mature as a striker for his age, ever since he was 16.

Passed a medical today so is pretty much a Manchester United player. Always good to see youth being focussed but much prefer it coming out of the Academy. Needless to say it'll be interesting to see how he does.

Only when he integrates to Manchester United, you will convinced...

Good to see that from the Manchester recognize their capabilities and both Manchesters are fighting for he. What chileans went to a important european club before 20 years old?

Best clubs in the world:
Alexis Sanchez (22) - Barcelona
Mark Gonzalez (22) - Liverpool
Luis Jimenez (23) - Inter de Milan
Arturo Vidal (24) - Juventus
Mauricio Isla (24) - Juventus
David Pizarro (26) - Inter de Milan
Marcelo Salas (26) - Juventus
Ivan Zamorano (26) - Real Madrid / (29) Inter de Milan

I did not consider clubs like Napoli, Fiorentina, Leverkusen, Udinese, Roma, Sporting, Lazio, PSV, etc...
Eduardo Vargas, Diego Rubio and Bryan Rabello is in medium clubs.

Fergie has been keeping tabs on him for years apparently. It's only because City were sniffing about recently that United felt the need to step up their interest. I also hear he's likely to stay where he is on loan for the time being but I guess we'll see.

Yet you considered Liverpool...? :roll:

They're hardly that much bigger than the teams you listed nowadays though. Only messing with you anyway, I just hate Liverpool ;)

Any news over there about what's going to happen with the transfer?

not yet, but there are quite a stir with that, we think it is ready, but no team has confirmed, the U want he stays until the end of the year, but it is difficult.
I do not hate Liverpool although I like Arsenal, you must be objective and although they are having a tough time, historically, they are the second best in England.

He wouldn't get a work permit in the short term anyway. This means he will be loaned to another club, outside the UK.
He wants to remain at Universidad de Chile on loan, at least until January 2013.
