Agility should be raised at 78 .
His is a very agile player with spectacular interceptions.
Rest of stats are precise i think but responce deserves a little raise about 78 and defence 79

He does need a standardization of some values
This is what I would fix

Agility: 76
Dribble Accuracy: 70
Dribble Speed: 74
Short Pass Accuracy: 70
Short Pass Speed: 72
Long Pass Acc.: 72
Long Pass Speed: 74
Shot Accuracy: 64
Shot Technique: 66
Free Kick Accuracy: 64
Curling: 68
Technique: 73
Team Work: 74

About the rest of his values, I would tweak his TS/ACC to 75/74 on par with Dabizas, and his jump could be 81 on par with Malezas and Geraldo

Well, yes hes actually the well below averaage CB, in fact he is total crap
Still he needs standardization, but I guess some standards could be lowered, he really does not know anything about football
Defense still could be 77, he does make many positioning mistakes and response is OK at 76
Do you think some of the standards can be lowered? Still 1st post seems too harsh

That's the thing, it's good to have standards but we don't just want to standardise just for the sake of standardising. If a player is clearly poor in a certain area then there's no real reason he can't be rated under the standard values. Now I don't know this player but if he's as bad as you're saying things like his Spass/Ppass and Tec wouldn't look too out of place as they are, unless of course he's genuinely a bit better that this in them areas.
Alf Ramsey: "I'll be watching you for the first 45 minutes and if you don't work harder I'll pull you off at halftime."
Rodney Marsh: "Crikey Alf, at Manchester City all we get is an orange and a cup of tea."

Well, I can say that he can have
68 DA
69 SPA
69 LPA
62 SA
62 ST
60 FKA
64 SWE
69 TEC

if it is for standardizing
I still agree with the previous suggestions
