Chris Smalling

Spoiler: show
The central-defender’s fleeting performances for Fulham and the England Under-21 team were enough to identify the 20-year-old as an indispensable young talent. Smalling’s top attributes are his pace and his intelligent approach, particularly his ability to read the game. On top of this, he is six feet five inches tall and consequently, a dangerous target in the box from set-pieces, as he has already shown on the Red Devils’ pre-season tour. Smalling’s athletic ability should be beneficial both at the heart of the United defence and at the other end of the pitch.

Just a note, I've approved these but I personally don't know him well enough to judge so I think comments would be helpful.

Alf Ramsey: "I'll be watching you for the first 45 minutes and if you don't work harder I'll pull you off at halftime."
Rodney Marsh: "Crikey Alf, at Manchester City all we get is an orange and a cup of tea."

I've been using my own set and there's a few differences. I've just got home from uni though so I can't be arsed setting my playstation up to check what values I have at the moment :P I think his long passing is a lot better than this though. I've always thought his long balls from the back are one of his strengths. I can come back with some better suggestions tomorow ;)

I don't agree with the 78 for defence, though I admit I went too low with 75, 76/77 is what I now go for, apart form that yours should be moved to the first post then

So are you alright with jez's set being in the first post Stu?

Alf Ramsey: "I'll be watching you for the first 45 minutes and if you don't work harder I'll pull you off at halftime."
Rodney Marsh: "Crikey Alf, at Manchester City all we get is an orange and a cup of tea."

I've added a description and with that I'm going to question the stats, guessing that more people have seen him now obviously.

They were conservative. Obviously I wanted to show he had pace but I didn't want to go overboard. What figures did you have in mind? I remember the set you sent me some time ago had him at 80 for both TS and ACC but this was a while ago now. You're right to say that people will have seen more of him now though, myself included.
