any reason why his aggression is soo high? With his current aggression and positioning, he's going to be humilatingly easy to score against :? Not to mention the fact that he's slow so he's also gonna be shit on 1-on-1 situation.

Onur good than Cenk Gönen. He has good reflex and positioning ability. But Trabzonspor bought Tony Syla and He sits on the bench. He's so unlucky.

that's actually what Onur Recep Kıvrak is! He simply doesn't know where to stand or when to push forward to close the angle of his opponent. I dunno if I'm being harsh on him but he's obviously better keeper than Merk Günok of Fenerbahçe. So that we can lower the agression to 53-55 or something.

Is there any Turkish keeper who's not gonna be shit at 1-on-1 situation? The best is Volkan Demirel- he saved his team against Kayserispor again- right now and I can't say his positional sense is "classy". Not telling it to blame him. It's reality of being a Turkish player. Lacking tactical knowledge and consistency... He could be much more better keeper if he would be raised in Germany imo. Also look at Arda Turan; he's becoming Hasan Şaş day by day. I don't think he'll be good enough to play for Arsenal or etc. Cuz he can't improve himself mentally.

Besides I don't agree with Cenk-Recep comparison of melo. Cenk Gönen has been playing first team football for more than a year and Recep is sitting at bench for 2 years. Recep was considered as future talent but it was 3 years ago! Cenk Gönen can play in any team including "big 4" in TSL right now.

Deniz, if Onur has problems timing his run, having him on a figure like 65 won't really do anything. He'll just come charging out every time. And he'll be very quick to charge out of goal. If anything, raise his mentality slightly. He's clearly a brave hearted player trying to do his best. He clearly doesn't like to sit in the goal mouth so he doesn't deserve 55, but i dont think he should be on par with defenders that like to push forward. He'll constantly be standing far too high of his line and will be very prone to lobs and chips. I gave Volkan 63 because he times his runs well and is quick to charge off his line, how about we have Onur on 62 rather than 65? You should also raise his mentality to high 70s. Like I said, he's brave but doesn't think about the consequences of his actions. He doesn't deserve to be on par with Volkan. In the 3 appearances he made during the 07-08 season, I was able to watch them. He's lack of authority seemed like the main problem. He left the defence to do their own thing and often looked undecisive whether to charge out.

the last 8 games trabzonspor has coped 4 goals, the previous 8 they coped 20. Onur took part in al 8 games. Shows how good Senol Gunes is for trabzon. If he never left they might have won a premiership

I think he needs an update. He's very quick and agile. Still he still has some positioning problems but I think his reflexes and handling now deserves to be at least par with Cenk Gönen

how about an update, he played 19 games an 12 conceded. both defence and agility need a raise as his positioning is exellent but he has handling problems and didnt see much about his response against galatasaray. He also seems to work well with the defence. I suggest:
Defence: 80
Agility: 79/80
Team work: 74/75

80 isn't "excellent" and 74/75 wouldn't reflect how "well" he seems to work his defending teammates ;)

actually i was thinking higher but 79 is a big difference from 70 and 74/75 is average for keepers according to the ladder's and i checked the positioning of most keepers are 83/84 max since he just recently stepped under senol gunes i thought massive changes were too early.

I'd not rate his positioning higher than his handling. Considering his performance against Galatasaray, Beşiktaş and etc. I think he can get 81 for handling. I think he's more nimble than Hakan. Hence, agility shall not be lower than 80; he can make 2 or 3 saves in a row. For positioning I think 80 is the best number currently.

what a performance against Fenerbahçe; thank God he finially blessed Turkish football with a keeper who has Julio Cesar-esque reflexes.

Reflexes aside, his positioning didn't once let him down against the onslaught of fenerbahce's attackers! His keeper skills still need some improving, but his potential is amongst the highest in the league. If it was up to me, I would swap his stats with Sylva's stats. Maybe not, but this young keeper managed to firmly establish himself in the starting 11. Some serious changes are in order.

melo's set isn't good. he considered Onur Kıvrak as new Hakan Arıkan which doesn't mean anything to me as Hakan didn't prove anything as a solid keeper. In fact, Onur is already a better keeper than Hakan in every aspects. I'd give him 90 response, 82 agility (remember the FB game he can be 3-4 saves in a row), 81 defence and 82 gk skills. Look at Leo Franco for god sake! or Sylva!

I don't agree with the 82 gk skills suggestion. This guy still needs to improve on his keeper skills. He just seems to love slapping the ball rather than grasping it. 80 is fine.

Deniz, actually you're so impressed with his performance in the fb match but in fact he didn't any extremely special save to deserve your suggestions (maybe the one he saved with his foot in the first half). he's the second or third best gk in Turkey imo but also he loves showing off some reactions for the fans (remember gökhan ünal's shot). I'd give him maximum 86 for response (just maximum). Keeper skills, as I said many times, isn't all about catching the ball but like Ali said he loves punching or slapping the ball (who knows maybe it's because of lacking ability.) I know 82 for GKS won't make him God. Anyway, agility could be higher as you said. Lastly, we should decrease some stats of Franco, Sylva and Hakan Arıkan without forgetting their lack of form.
