Michal Papadopulos

Postby PES Stats Database » 2009 Aug 11, 06:45

Veteran striker who has played in the Bundesliga and Czech 1. Liga. Doesn't shoot too hard, but has an accurate shot with good shooting technique and is skilled at headers.
Excellent header goal vs NEC
Compilation of some of his goals

Veteran is thrown around far too loosely these days.

I'm not really convinced that this veteran striker deserves such high SA and ST. In the Czech league he sometimes managed to miss sitters... I know my SA/ST ratings for Czech league players are usually a bit lower than this site's standards, but I have him at SA 74 and ST 75.

As for the other stats, to be honest I was surprised how close to mine they are. The only bigger difference is Balance - I think he's stronger than a 79. I gave him an 84 here.

I think your SA/ST standards are comparable to mine... I don't think its necessarily below the sites standards but a fair evaluation of how big our leagues are as the ekstraklasa and austrian league players are roughly on the same level.
I'm against you

Yeah, I agree. I prefer to give Gambrinus liga players lower shooting abilities since I find it realistic when playing with them in the game. Also, there's a real lack of good strikers in the Czech league, so most of them don't even reach green numbers for SA in my stats... obviously there are a few exceptions. :)

 He's not an highly experienced veteran, but he's played in three professional leagues and in international matches...but I'll curtail my use of he word "veteran" from now on. ;)

I think the SA/ST could come down a little bit, but not that much. He's pretty good at getting those difficult shots off. I would wait until a few more weeks into the season before knocking him down a few notches.

That's good, seems like we're in agreement for the most part. I reference the Eredivisie ladders category by category when developing the attributes which, along with everyone's suggestions, greatly enhances accuracy of adding players to the database.

What a fabulous header (at 6:40) to tie the match in the final minute! :o

Header can go up to 84. He scores very much with his head.

Once he goes up for a cross to head it, there's a very high chance it'll go in. He's so effin' skilled at timing his jump and giving direction to his headers, it's not even funny.

He looks much overrated for player who spend all his previous seasson on bench. For striker who wasnt able to score 10 goals in any league..

Okey, it is to fast for updating him, but DA, SA, ST needs big downgrade. HEA and ATT small, he looks for striker who is good in air and able to score some header goals.

For now his condition need droping to 4.

Decreasing his TS and ACC was mistake and ACC > TS. PAPADOPULOS loooking very good in first steps, when he losses defender and going to clear situation.

ACC 83
TS 81

also ATT is to much decreased - should be at least 78.
