For me, the difference between Drogba and Eto'o is Balance and ST. Drogba can shot well on pressure thanks to this, but on accuracy are on the same point, like Klose.
Toni with a 84 is currently lower. Lower Toni more can be sooooo hard....

For me 85 is ok, but really the maximum for Klose... Shooting never was his ultimate strength. He profits more from a combination of physical skills and especially a good understanding of the game. With TW=86 he is IMO even underrated, I would suggest 88 here as there is a huge gap between him and other forwards in the league in this discipline.
About TECH... Just compared this with Guerrero and Pizarro. Both are IMO better than him, I see Klose rather on 83. Together with his physical skills this is still very good. His WFA is IMO never on 7. He can shoot with his left foot, but there is a reason why he prefers to shoot with the outside of his right one: there is a considerable difference between his left and right foot. But he needs outside* as he compensates his left foot very well with this... So my suggestions about Klose are:
TW=88
TECH=83
WFA=5
add outside*
