According to :
http://www.vfb.de/en/teams/spieler/2009 ... p?f=bilder
he's 1,83 m/74 kg

Also, could his balance not be a good bit higher, he's known for his crunching tackles.

Yes, with 74 kg and BB=83 he is definitely not strong enough. He is not the kind of guy getting outmuscled very often... ;). Considering his weight I would say 85/86.

For a defender he is really often injured. Maybe a C?

These are the last injuries he had:

09/10 18.07.2009 28.08.2009 Schulterverletzung
08/09 02.11.2008 20.11.2008 Muskelfaserriss
08/09 27.09.2008 09.10.2008 Muskelfaserriss
08/09 12.08.2008 27.08.2008 Knöchelverletzung

So in one season he was injured three times for around 2 weeks or a bit more (in the case that this statistic is right). I think C is a bit too much then, isn't it? We could need some more steps... ;) like from A - F.

The thing is: In the game you can only get injured through tackles in a match. As defenders are tackled significantly less then attackers this will result in attackers being more often injured then defenders. Even if we give Boula a C I doubt he will be injured that often because he wont be tackled much in the game.

Aye, they need to be standardised.

"I guarantee fourth place" - Rafael Benitez.

done some resaerch for the standardistaion and co,me up with these

Attack: 61

a difficult one, as a CB from seeing as hes only ever scored 6 times i think a 63 is an acceptable value looking at the ladders

HOWEVER 63 is very low for a SB an i think it should be 65 the same as Wes Brown.

Defence: 81
perhaps this could come up to 82 he is a solid defender and looking at the ladders this puts him level with Djourou which is fair in my book

Dribble Accuracy: 72
hes got to be a better dribbler than Terry and 67 for a SB is pathericly low

These can be standardised

Shot Accuracy: 63
Shot Power: 80
Shot Technique: 64
Free Kick Accuracy: 63
Curling: 64
Header: 77
Jump: 82

Don't you think his BB could go up? He weighs just 74 kilos and is not a "weak" player though. I would say BB=83 together with his weight makes him not as strong as he is. What do you think about BB=84 or 85?

@Chelseakid08: I like these suggestions! ATT is really hard to rate, his first position is IMO definitely CB... So ATT=65 may be the maximum he deserves.

I'd say an 86 for Balance would be justified, he's a brutally physical defender

Right, he even looks dangerous ;). 86 together with his weight will not be too much...

Updated.
But decreased his Defense, Response and deleting *Marking as he's getting worse and worse, he isn't at the opponent anymore, bad positioning and so on.
Shot Power is difficult to rate as he never shot onto the goal, but the new value isn't much as well. ;)

In my eyes, 63 suits him at the moment. It's long time ago since he played at the right side and he actually never made something in the offensive.

Damn Kevski! I had just updated him when I read your post, so it looks like we've lost your values. :(

BTW, we should probably note in the first post that Khalid Boulahrouz is the kind of player who warrants "Aggressive" as a setting in the Formation & Tactics for when he man-marks a player.
