I agree specially on raising TW to 77 or maybe 80, if he plays well seems the entire team playing better, infact he is one of the reason of this little exploit of Genoa this season besides Milito...

Basically he is staying healthy. He is their most dependable midfield player, especially Def. I'm sure Rfuna can give a better description.

been a while, a long while. Definetly in good form at the moment. I'd like to see injury tolerance go up, he's played a good number of minutes and he hasn't been sidelined yet.

Agreed! 1557 minutes thus far. Also:
Defence: 74 (positioning is good, tackling poor)
Stamina: 84
ACC: 75
Resp: 81
SPA: 77
LPS: 83
AGG: 74 (sits deep in front the defence but gets forward for set pieces and ck's; occasionally runs forward when the ball is played out wide)
Mentality: 82 (battles well until the final whistle)
TW: 81 (good understanding with his team mates; always available for a pass; covers the defence well)
