I don't found this stats so real...

I'd suggest:

Attack: 80
He is in the line of the average and only good, here is better placed for his positioning.

Acceleration: 86-87
His strong legs makes him a really fast player in the first metters.

Response: 81-82
He reacts so fast to all.

Agility: 87
Incredible agile for his heigh, really impresive.

Team Work: at least 79
I saw some of him the lasts years and he is really a player with an incredible vision of the game and uses his teammates a lot to go forward. In par with players like RVN if not more, sure.

Agree, with 150IQ he can't possibly just have 71 for teamwork. :?

I will add too a new suggestion:

- Header: 75
He knows how to make a header and has a good accuracy in it. Worse than Henry(76) or Agüero(77) but better than players like Gago(70).

- Jump: ?
Here is where I doubt more. I think that he can jump a bit more than first post reflects, but I can't say an accurate number for him. High 70's probably... his headers are more positionals than jumpers.

EDIT: He can play like AMF too. In Monaco, he played like this in some matches when the team changes his formation on the second half's.

AMF should be added, and WF can be removed.
BTW does he need *Outside?

i think outside should remain. he likes using the outside of his right for short passing.

EDIT: also TW should be higher than 79. his links up incredibly well with his teammates. reminds me of totti almost. anyway i think 83/84 would be good for him.

He does not play as a WF, he usually plays in the second line as a SS
or he plays up front, he also can play as AMF.

His passes are so underrrated. He is a good passer, in fact a great passer.
this season he only scored 6 goals, but he made 9 assists total.
and if Nimani or Licata were good enough, it would've been a lot more than 9.

His short passes definately should be in the low 80's.
and the long passes in the high 70's.
also his heading is not that bad...he scored 3 headers this season.
and 3 headers for the Korean national team.
He's capable of jumping high and taking a shot in the middle of high tower defenders.

he isn't that fast...81 should suit him well..though his accelerations are quite quick.
and he is a very good team player, never selfish. His teamwork should be at least 81 or so.

and the rest seems nice.

SPA 81 with Passing*?
He certainly is a quite good passer but not as much as this.

In EPL ladder, I see only two forwards who has Passing*, Berba(SPA 83) and van Persie(SPA 82).
They both had more than ten assists last season in more competitive league.

His passes are mainly towards back(or side) for the teammates who run in to the box.
So I think it might be better to remove the star, instead of decreasing the number.

Defense 41 (-10) He's not anything special in this aspect. His one point above Tevez at the moment!
Mentality 75 (+5) Why 70?

I also suggest to remove *TD and add *Lines.

He tends to do passes instead of dribbling these days.
Also I've seen many smart runs breaking defensive line. He certainly deserves it.

I don't think these are right especially the big drop in AGI, and he is one of the best freekick takers of ligue 1 and you dropped it like hell. And since when there is an *Response

I dont know how Park is doing in France, but he was a incredible player before his injury in 2007, reallly faster, great passer and technique. He used to play as a WF on Korean NT.

I propose
Balance: 79 (he protects the ball very very well)
Top speed: 84 (Fast player)
Dribble Accuracy: 82 (he's not that super dribbler, its good only)
Dribble Speed: 87 (He's fast with the ball, very fast)
Shot Power: 79
