i think his technique should be around 88-90, because he has got a very good ball control and especially first touch.
his shot techn. should be higher too because he shoots very dangerous from the distance. so i think shot techn. could be 82 and shot power 88.
at least his passing. being considered as one of the best passers in the game here is my advice for him:
short pass acc.: 93, short pass speed:92
long pass acc.:94 long pass speed:91

shot tech has nothing to do with shooting from distance ... SP could be slightly higher but I find him fine as he is ... passing seems fine to me ... LPS is even high if you ask me ... I can put some very pacy crosses with him that I don't really see in real life ... and technique is no where near 90 if you ask me

Well say that ST has nothing to do with shoting from distance is going very very far...

If you perform a long distance shot with a player from a angle higher than 45º with the trajectory, so he is not in front of the goalscore, in that case ST has an important impact. Obviously if you shot under preassure from long distance, ST will increase the change of success.

Alonso tries those dipping & curling shots from the left side ala Beckham. He's been so unlucky with the woodwork! His problem has always been SA + Bad luck.

ST has ALOT to do with shooting from distance, i regularly score goals with Del Piero from distance and Amauri, they both have high ST with del piero having SP at 84, but i score less of these shots with some other players who have high SP but "low" ST..

his freekick goal against South Africa shows thats he is capable of curling the ball really well.
