Not really. He's quite clumsy in his dribbles and isn't really any better than Bosingwa there. Just runs forward.

sorry mate, but imo his DA could go down 2 points, as well as technique, though he could be faster

I think his stats are pretty much fine IMO
His first touch is most of the times better than his dribbling which lacks some and he is a bit above average in his speed.

No, his shot power isn´t so powerfull as nani one. BTW I think he deserves a update, I saw most of his games in FC Porto and I think he deserves a boost. My suggestions:

Stamina: 84/85. He runs a lot in all matches and I think he deserves at least the same as Pereira, though I don´t know if he deserves a 85
like abel.

Response: 80. 2 points higher than sapunaru. I think Sissoko read the game very well and do less fouls than sapunaru.

Dribble speed and accelaration: +2 points, like he uses his speed to pass through fast oppenents and he does it many times.

Agression: 80 like he ups many times

Mentality: 82, bit more than evaldo.

Teamwork:81 Follow very very well his team offensivly and defensivly.

Stamina ok, a bit more.

Response I disagree with, he does foul with bad time tackles and his runs are usually not well timed.

Dribble Speed I agree but not with acceleration because he is a bit average in the first metres but is good when he gets going.

Aggression I also disagree with because it depends a lot on the team, in some matches he's more free than in others but in Setúbal were the tactics weren't this rigid he didn't go up this much.. not always like in the match vs Manchester.

Mentality I agree with.

Teamwork you got it wrong IMO. He's a good teamplayer and you're right he does follow teammoves well BUT... you can easily tell that he's not the most fit guy in the team and even though he's improving he still compromises some offside traps and you can see he's a bit off with his defensive partners.

84 for a SB is absolutely elite, if not worldclass

I'm against you

Actually, Milan's site says the deal is made but he has to do med's still and then sign (even though it's basically done).
