Suggestions:

Add SB (We really need one and seems like Queiróz is going to use him there);
More defence, he's remarkable for a guy that was a midfielder and didn't track back that much.. has SB he was great.
A bit more stamina and SPA, he seems to run a lot now and his short passes are quite good..
Jump could be low 70's as well, it's not like he can't jump..
Mentality and teamwork as element said, needs some boosting.. I'd suggest high 70's for both.. Of course it was just one match but he really deserves some boosting as he's clearly getting better at Málaga and being a starter in the NT proves that.

He is better than other SB Portuguese players (C:Peixoto, Antunes, Etc.)
In Malaga, he is one of the best.

Finally, some love being given to this unsung hero. All it took was for him to be shoehorned into the LB position, heh. I agree with the suggestions, and in accordance with RB7's thought-out explanations, propose the following:

- 85 Stamina
- 80 SPA
- 71 Jump
- 75 Mentality
- 78 Teamwork

Not sure about the Defence, as he didn't really have to track back all that much...

Viriato's suggestions are so good but I found a bit bad his Stamina... too high IMO. 82/83 is sufficient. The rest seems ok. And I would add a little in increase in Defence like you said... 55 or something like this.

I suggested 85 because I've played some games with him as an LB, and he tires waaaay too much for a guy who kept a steady, productive pace for 90 minutes in a position he's no longer used to, and didn't seem tired in the end. I'll give it a try with 83, then...

Still gets way too tired without me even pushing him too much. I suggest 84 for Stamina.

Updated a bit after some talks with RB7.

- TS -> He is not fast, one two points over Sneijder and lower than Iniesta for example.
- Response -> He learn how to read the game, one of his lacks on Sevilla. On par with Rochemback.
- LPS -> Not at the level of Ronaldo.
- SA -> He can place his shots, at least better than some SB's.
- Condition -> Easy for the injury on the last seasons, but he demonstrated that can play like 30 matches every season.
