Stamina-> 89 he covers lots of ground every match

consistency to 6, he has not disappointed whenever he plays after half a season, same with rooney would be fair imo

and i'm sure he is a better short passer than the stats suggest

I think 87 stamina is already okay.. it is higher than Ronaldo's and Ronaldo does whole lotta runs as well and isn't tired mostly.. so I disagree with stamina 89.. he isn't absolutely tireless and so close to Rooney for example..

I remember updating Fletcher on my option file mainly based on some suggestions from the old site, I think they were from Choccy but im not sure. Anyways they go something like this

His short passing is better in the first post suggests although it can still be frustrating. He can play some nicely accurate simple passes but he really lacks pace in his passing to really develop into a scholes/carrick esque playmaker type player ( he makes up for it by being the hardest worker out of the three currently )

Id say his reading of the game is a bit better than 81 but not quite at Carrick and Scholes level, but hes reacted well to play with those well timed headers of his and quickly reacting to play by pressing opposition players down

I cant remember the reasons given but his first touch is much more composed nowadays, he doesn't give the ball away with his first touch like he used to

i think, increasing or decreasing one point for these abilties make good changes:Body Balance and Shot Accuracy
that we can feel it but for others we cannt feel any think or very little.
unless this one point changes coloure of values.
e.g. 74 -> 75 , 79 -> 80 , 89 -> 90 , 94 -> 95

I agree with all of them, apart from TS & ACC. I think the 1st post is good for those two already. Especially for ACC, imo.

to feel or not to feel the difference is not the point here, the point is if the player deserves the updates then they should be done, and later on if there are more suggestions for further79 -> 80 its easier to go 79 -> 80 than 76 -> 80

Time for an update? These stats doesn't look right at all.

He's been pretty much a regular the latest two seasons and his stats don't reflect the improvement he has had. Especially the technical stats look really dated. Just look at this guy: http://pesstatsdatabase.com/gary-o-neil-t2147.html, Fletcher is supposedly inferior in almost every technical stat. That's just not right.

I have no suggestions now as there are lots already in the thread. Time to vote...
