Teamwork could perhaps come up a bit. He is always moving away from his position to go and link up with the play and get involved, never really stays out wide and holds his position. He can often be found on the opposite side of the pitch to where he is supposed to be playing because he's so keen to get the ball.

He could perhaps do with a 2 DEF Awareness. He's played RM for us most of the season and does do his fair share of defensive work in getting back into position and helping the team to get back into shape
