i have some suggest:
Attack:76, 73 is very low for him
Stamina:83, he plays regulary in Catolica, he can play the 90 min
Agility:85/86 he turns good and his moves are very agile
DA:83 he can pass rivals easily
DS:83/84 the dribbling is quick
Curling:82, in libertadores vs junior he score a goal with a very good curling, the goal was without angle, a "Golazo" :D

His ATT looks pretty low, but he deserves 75 at max.
With STA 82 he can play a full match but he ends very exhausted, as IRL.
However AGG and MEN look strange. He clearly deserves low yellows in AGG, he goes forward more often than 79 would suggest (like 81). And about MEN, he gets frustrated very easily and is very lazy at times; he has had mental issues (he hasn't been the same player since he isn't called up to La Roja anymore), so he doesn't deserve even greens. 73 seems OK.

Given him a small update. A player with great potential who unfortunately struggles to have good performances due to his unstable mind.

His dribbling is very simple but so effective. I can imagine him with only 81 in DA.
The same for shoting stats he's very accurate. I can say he deserves better SA than ST. And 80 or maybe 79 for SP.

I think DA>DS, even when the difference is minimal in my eyes (something like DA 83 DS 82).
About his shooting stats, I'd set them in SA 75 ST 76. You say his SP is weak... I don't think it's that simple: He can put a decent amount of power on his shots, he just doesn't do it all the time. I feel the current value is fair enough.
PD: Any opinions for Outside/Outside Curve?

I think the same for agility. I can live with SA 75 and ST 76 but SP to me is only 79/80 not more.

Let me explain the rules for this site:

Suggestions just with numbers are not enough to be considered. This is not only valid for the Chilean league but for the whole site.
You need to show (reasonable) explanations for your suggestions.
For example: Player A is slower; he isn't faster than player B. So I suggest Top Speed: XX

Sorry, I'm new and no one makes that kind of suggestion. In any case, I always consulted the ladder to make all my little contributions

In Tech he's one of the best in our league, he is really good. If for example Puch has (83), Morales (85) and Wilchez (82) and Leal (83), 84 is legitimate

The same in pass, his old values are so wrong, 76 in SPA for Gutierrez whereas 79 for Sanhueza and Martinez. 80 in SPA and 79 en SPS seems to me fine

His cons are in the physical aspects(weak in Body Balance and Stamina) and Mentality

Pd. sorry for my english

I leave my set, Gutierrez has had a good championship and I think it has proved a good conductor.
He has good dribbling at speed like Puch but slower and more technical.

Also think we should start setting the scales for the values of the players, with a discussion on the topic of Roman. (STA, AGI, DS mainly)

AM, SM, CM

Attack: 75
Defence: 50
Balance: 75
Stamina: 80
Top Speed: 82
Acceleration: 82
Response: 76
Agility: 85
Dribble Accuracy: 83
Dribble Speed: 82
Short Pass Accuracy: 80
Short Pass Speed: 79
Long Pass Accuracy: 78
Long Pass Speed: 78
Shot Accuracy: 74
Shot Power: 81
Shot Technique: 77
Free Kick Accuracy: 70
Curling: 80
Header: 68
Jump: 76
Technique: 83
Aggression: 79
Mentality: 77
Keeper Skills: 50
Teamwork: 79

Condition/Fitness: 5
Weak Foot Accuracy: 5
Weak Foot Frequency: 5

I like the set in general terms.
However I think MEN is rather correct in its current value (73). He gets frustrated quite easily and remains focused in the game only during some lapsus of the match (though when he does he becomes influential).
Besides, I feel he's more the type of ACC>TS, so I'd set it in something like TS/ACC 80/82.
