@TBD

thanks, appreciate it. the low AGG value is mainly 'cause if i go any higher you can find him often being ahead of CR7 while attacking which clearly never happens in RM's offensive flow. it's quite simple actually :)

@Al-bulldozer

WFF could be a 6, but he uses his left quite reserved and doesn't make too many risky moves with it, and rarely dribbles with it as well. Most of his left foot passes don't cover much ground and are easily achievable in-game with a 5.

i know what you mean, but he's now positioned behind the striker and doesn't have that much space as he had when he was played on the wing thus limiting what he usually displayed to a much lesser degree. i'm quite confident (as you are as well) that he's on low yellows for TS and possibly a few points higher on DS, but that's just something which he displays on the wing, he became a bit more stationary while he still opts to dribble it's at a more casual pace and way. the set is primarily based on what he shows in average and re-designed to fit his new AMF/SS role :)

First post material imo. I prefer your response standards myself, a bit harsher...and as for Alba 75 seems to suit pretty well. I like it but, do you rate him that poorly for crossing? He crosses too many times at full speed, I guess It could be a reason for him not always doing them that good. The rest looks really nice.

Re: čale's stats thread: G. Ramírez & Mudingayi & Jordi Alba

Postby čale » 2012 May 10, 16:06

he's a shitty crosser IMO, he needs acres of space to center it half-decently he's quite comparable to Lichtsteiner (whom i also rate in my OF at grays after i decreased him from greens), they both run mostly at full speed and cross, but yet again, so does De Ceglie and Marcelo and they both deliver quality crosses on a regular basis...maybe i've been a tad too harsh, but i really can't see him over a 75 in LPA.

Also, the issue which i have with Alba and which is hard to replicate in PES is that he's an expert (among full-backs) at intercepting passes, but i don't know how to correctly interpret it in-game without him moving to much in the middle, so i've just settled at making him a bit worse in TW and DEF while putting RES @ 75. Tbh, i haven't looked at his current set when i was creating him as it then just puts a mental blockade in my head on certain stats...

I see what you mean. After all, Mathieu Is the one that 'crosses' basically, but he does It with short passes anyway :roll:

why so low TW? I know you have other standards but that looks a bit low for Cavani, who usually moves really a lot and gives a help in pressing/defence/etc..

well Mike asked me to post it, so i posted it straight from my OF (it's not a direct "suggestion" on the current Cavani in his thread), and as you said, i've got a bit more (call it) "harsher" standards on TW and MENT, but the idea basically was to not have him pass as much as strikers tend to do that with "high" TW values, i wanted him to play straight on goal and to be quite direct. I probably should raise a bit DEF as it would replicate the Chasing Back Card better.

Interesting Cavani, gonna give it a try since I'm still using Konami set for him. Is it just me or Cavani could form a fearsome couple with Falcao?

thx man :D

@bitz

thanks, can't really put my mind on seeing them playing shoulder to shoulder...i'm quite sure that Cavani would be even better with a guy like Jovetić even though seems like that Lavezzi suits him just perfectly.

Nice Cavani, although I find 87 a bit too high for TS. I'd also lower acceleration to greens, he needs distance to run at his top speed. Or maybe Dribble Speed could go down.
Simply put this combination of TS, ACC, DS is very high for Cavani.

And honestly I find that TW simply has to be in yellows. He's everywhere.

Quite a great work as expected! Apart from that low RES - would like to know your reasons - and TW, It looks similar to mine.

And congratulation again for transforming. :mrgreen:
