since your new here, please try to put some thought and reason while posting suggestions, you have to give us at least a solid enough reason or proof why a certain stat should be changed. coming here and just acting all shocked or surprised over a stat and suggesting a random number won't bring you anywhere, and not to say that post containing suggestions without even the slightest explanations will be deleted.

try to browse a bit around the forum to get an idea how things work around here.

Read giovinco somewhere, and it remembered he have a thread :P ...

Is he really "only" an 90 on tech? seeing del piero @ 94/5 ( either was fine to me), I dont see giovinco really 4 points off him. his touches aways looked flawless to me.

Maybe Ds could come down, not sure on this one, it's just that I see him going more for the "accurate dribble" with his twist and stuff, rather than the "fast dribble". nothing drastic though.

I fully agree, he was outstanding last night, unstoppable...I could see:
BB 75 (to balance a bit the raise in skills, besides it was dsicussed that size is not involved so much)
AGI 94 (i don't know if it is the case to go red maybe not)
DA 94
DS 87/88
TEC92

i agree with the update on everything, but i'd just like to keep DA on 93 and TECH could be even higher...

Agreed, it would be a great update. But we should also keep an eye on his passing stats, I think they could be a little bit too low.

For me atleast his tech has always been underrated, some argue that this is because of his inconsistency, he shows traps of the ball that warrant a god like red level sometimes, but sometimes the ball bounces away from him a little too far. I've noticed that this is usually at the end of the games, so maybe it is because of his not so high stamina. He should have 94 technique for now, comparing this with the ladders, I think he deserves it. Also DA should probably go up to 93-94, so I'm okay with his update.

Another point I wanna discuss is his speed. Yes he is little and mainly uses his agility and explosivness to beat players, but he is no way at 80 top speed, it's absurd.

Notice the sprint Giovinco makes from 1:08 to 1:15 on this video vs Juve. I think he should atleast have 83, or maybe 84 on this value.

Besides the raise proposed previously in his technical skill he also improved in attack intelligence and influence, plus on amount of goal scored, I would raise his ATT to 85...so again suggestions:
ATT 85
BB 74
AGI 93
DA 94
DS 86
TEC 92

and then we can also discuss about passing stats...

he was supposed to be the heir for del piero, but now Juve won't have ADP next year, and no giovinco to fill the hole :x

If you don't put effort into your post, i won't put effort in my response.

Why balance 74? I think for his weight and height Giovinco is actually pretty strong, I wouldn't decrease it, I would rather raise it to 78. But I agree with the other suggestions, technique could maybe even go further up, his ball control is very very good. For passing I would suggest a slightly higher LPA than SPA, maybe LPA 85 and SPA 84. TS 80 also seems a little bit too low, what about 82-83?

EDIT: Lol, he got updated exactly, when I wrote this post. Nice update, I like it really much! But why response 77? To compensate the higher ATT-value?

updated.. hope you don't get stunned by the technique value :P we can discuss it btw, I just feel it as good as Di Natale's

@capone as to response he doesn't seem to me an incredibly responsive guy, just an average one, I mean he can be reactive into goal occasions but it can be reproduced with the current 77.. do you feel him more responsive than this?

Looks good, well done. I'd just lower his bb by a few.

This is off topic. But it's so amazing how this board has changed... that was me suggesting things for him 3 years ago. You couldn't get a damn thing updated here... rfuna was the worst mod ever. So nice to have a psd where we can actually have good sets now.

I guess Thiago at 95 TEC woulda been impossible back then eh? I've been liking the openess to inexperienced judgements here (guilty), barr the odd few arrogant bigots you come across. It's a little surprising how limited players' stats were by the mods because of their age or appearance total. I don't know from experience, but I guess it's getting better now.
