I have too much doubts about DEF: 80, may be 79 would be more real

This in a very similar group of players on with 80. Because it suggests a decline?

In my eyes he isn't better than Galeano, Tuzzio, Julián Velázquez, Gioda, Jonathan Maidana, Hoyos, etc

His defense level is undoubtedly the highest of Godoy Cruz. Probably Tuzzio is below (although Tuzzio already low), but I'm 100% sure that is higher than Hoyos, Julian Veleazquez or Gioda.
It is true that the level was not good this tournament, but a great player that comes with great regularity since his departure from Chicago.

Hey, what about a raise of 3-4 points in AGI? Looking his height/weight and his movements.

Updated with your notes.

He usually plays as RCB, dunno if he continue needs SB position since Russo is there playing as usual RB. Btw, excellent match again, this guy surprises me his development in last year...he's really sharp and usually cuts difficult opponent's attacks with his excellent tackling ability. Seemed me a faster player each time that I've watched, mostly ACC.

Notes: SPEED
against Lanús _arg by Torneo Clausura. 06/05/2012
He had a nice speed, it more faster than Sanchez and Curbelo, a high-value green almost yellow. It was also nice his dribble speed, advanced several meters with good rhythm and speed, looked like a green value/low. He had decent explosive power, greater than Sanchez and Curbelo, looked like a green value /very low. I noticed a decent response, similar to Curbelo but less than Sanchez, intercept some passes, but also committed some fouls, had a serious failure against Romero almost ended in a goal. He played this game mostly as CWP, but sometimes seemed a RCB. He had a regular game, several problems mainly marking Romero.

Notes: TECHNIQUE & PHISICAL
against Estudiantes LP _arg by Torneo Clausura. 11/05/2012
He played as CWP, had little involvement in this game, always showed decent short passes and ball control. Showed an acceptable body balance against Boselli in the second half. Also regularly uses his left foot, similar to Sanchez but less than Curbelo. I once showed great speed cutting situation Enzo Perez, who came very fast.
