Beside SMF and WF, you can add AMF as one of his positions.
Balance : 71 is weak, better try to raise it to 76-77. He is rather light player but with BB 71 he could not pass any defender....
Response : 76. He is good in controlling a ball, should be around 78.
Agility : 77 - as a rather light player, he can turn quickly so this could be upped a few points.
Short pass accuracy : 81 - he is still new to Crvena Zvezda style of play. With 81 he is rated as one of the top assistants there. I would rather go with somewhere near 77-78 and combine it with current SP speed.
Long pass accuracy : 81 - same as with Short pass. Tbh, I did not see him performing precise long passes.
Shot accuracy / Shot technique : 79 / 75 - imo, this values are fit for maybe Trifunovic who plays in attack. I would like to lower this values to around 75.
Shot power : 75 - surely stronger then this, could go up to 79-80
Mentality : 76 - classic lazy montenegrin ? He is not so standard there, guy can move so you can raise this to 77-78.

I hope he can play more minutes in Red Star so we can get a clearer picture

I suggest adding SB and WB positions.
Was awfull against Spartak , like almost every other player on the field from Crvena Zvezda. I have in mind some suggestions but i didn't see much of him so i will wait.

He is faster than Nenad Kovacevic. Nenad Kovacevic's rating for speed is 80.

My opinion- Top Speed - 82-83
Dribble Speed - 80-81
Explosive Power - 80-81

He's faster than Stevan Reljic which stat for TS is 79,and Nenad Kovacevic(80)! 81,82 for TS?
And his Acceleration is big,I think to he needs to go to 83,84.Reljic's acceleration is 83...

He needs updates!These are my opinions:
Short Pass Speed: 75 maybe. Faster than Reljic's.

Agility: 80 or 81. He's agility is something like Evandro's,even higher...

Dribble Accuracy: 80. Well,I think to he's better dribbler than Borja.

Dribble Speed: 80 or 81 maybe. 78 is very low for him,and his DS is something like Borja's,faster even.

Okay so here is what i think :

Top Speed : 81-82
Acceleration : 83
Agility: 81
Dribble Accuracy : 79 ( as it is )
Dribble Speed: 81

He is fast with the ball and off it. Aggile for a yellow number. Dribble Accuracy 79 is a preety high number for our standards , and yet he is using more his speed to overrun his opponents rather than his Dribble Accuracy which is IMO good as it is.

For now,this positions should be on this way:

Ok,he played just like RB in last few matches,but let's wait more,if he continue to play RB in the next season(and I'm pretty sure to he will) update SB to his favourite position in next season.
His Defence definitely should be higher,to high 50's.
Lower Technique,for start to 78,but I'm pretty sure to his first touch isn't better than Miric's.

Why reduce the response to the players who play the RB position, even under the best players in RB reduce the 75th .. npr. Kyle Walker, Bosingwa,Kolarov,Gael Clichy and yet many players in that position ...???????

Well,for Volkov I think to he needs downgrading,yes,but nothing spectacular.Maybe for 1 point,maximum two,better than Mikic definitely.
