Summarizing for a possible update...
Position by default: WB
ATT: 74
DEF: 66, but I'd go even lower... Maybe 65 is more correct.
SP: 82

His default position is WB.
ATT can stay the same by me, but 74 is ok.
I think DEF indeed something like 65.
Don't know about his SP..

ATT is fine at 73 imo there a lot of side backs with those numbers who deserve higher. SP must get a raise, in the yellowzone. Agree with DEF, atleast 66.

Ohhh does he really dives so much to deserve only 75 in BAL?
Not that he impresses me in this aspect, but 75 looks harsh for him.
Maybe 77 is a fair value.

Please implement the earlier suggestions and:
Side: B
WFA and/or WFF could also be a little higher. He is ok with his left foot.

I feel Teamwork and SPA should be higher, he is decent combining with his teammates with short passes. What do you think?

TW could be a little higher, But 73 for SPA for a SB isnt bad. Rosales is also a bit unconcentrated at times with his passing.

nah, dont think he is any special on short pass anyway, 73 is more than fine.

btw has he been soo bad defensively with Twente? not like suggesting a change at all, just that with Nt he was pretty decent, nothing of other world but he wasnt a liability and did his work on his side.

Default position should be WB.
Side: B.
And weak foot stats could be a bit higher.

I'm pretty sure he's slightly faster off the ball than 84. At least faster than his countrymate Alexander González ( _sui Young Boys).
TS 85-86?

yeah, he is surprisingly fast indeed. I put my vote on 85

am i the only one who think he is like... very akward Running/Dribbling? is not about his turns being slow.. just akward. Been testing him with slighty lower Agi and Da

Edit: and he is definately not this weak. And i would say he needs green sps, 77, can put pretty good pace on them

I agree, and I'd set his Aw to 3/2.
