Mistrzu16, you omitted some suggestions by buszmen. But I would leave TW at level 75.

Kaminski (75) makes more mistakes... I don't think that Grodzicki is the same level as Gusic or Kozans. For me he is more confident and reliable than Stawarczyk. What is more, I have the impression that both CB in Ruch are unappreciated and I don't know why...
Own goals happen. Look at the new GK in Śląsk, just kidding Even Zewlakow (80) scored a few own goals during preparatory trainings.

About Kaminski I sugested lower TW to 73 by his communication errors with Kotorowski. What cost at least 3 goals.
So Gusić and Kozans need lowering to make higher scale ladders - current is very flat 73- 80.

Grodzicki or Stawarczyk are solid CB in Ekstraklasa, but not so good to be tried in National Team. This is big differnce. Playing well in polish league or on international level or european cups. We remmember maltese FC Valletta?

Ok, Zewlakow made some errors, but most of them was by wrong positioning. Lacking of marking etc.

I leave TW: 75. Grodzicki also can and like to start playing from GK. I think this value is good for him
