S/DEF imo. He's rarely ever into attack, even tough he can be useful due to his nice height.

It's more a matter of 'I dont wanna be drastic on X change' than anything. I understand It myself.

Well, Not so much time ago i was still playing Pes 2010, it was a bit frustating With Att and Awarenes thing, i guess same is going to happen with Pes 2012.

Anyway considering he got Agg 70 and if he rarely ever go into attack, S/Def would fit him.

I watch the same, but if this is a fact, why his AGG is superhigh for a CB? I know that he could play as SB, but if he mostly plays as CB in Athletic and NT, his AGG has to be related with those performances, or no?

I agree in a AGG decrease plus Awareness S/DEF.
He will only join the attack in set pieces, otherwise he will mostly stay deep.

Yeah, plus he's also horrible on any set piece or attacking duty..he's almost never on It. I couldn't even believe he scored a goal the other day, he's just tall and strong, his aerial ability Isn't even close to impressive. Agree with vickingo, his aggression does even hurt my eyes of how high It Is. Totally undeserved... not even for when he plays as SB, wich happens really few times.
I wouln't be so ABOVE 60, I can't really tell a value as I haven't tested It, but he looks like a 62-63 to me.

I saw him as LSB last season. He's a pure example of the Deep Cover card of PES2010. He barely passed the midfield line. He was like a 3rd CB , but hugging the touchline. I surely say his agression must be lower than San Jose's. San Jose used to join more the attack from the back than him (at least under Caparros management, dont know now with Bielsa tactics). I agree with Agression at a 63 and I would like to suggest his Attack to be 'standarized' to a 60, even having SB as a 'natural' position.

Agree with that number in AGG as I've proposed a decrease there. Are you proposing give him SB as main position? Or I misunderstood that? :lol: BTW, ATT in 62 to a player who is CB and plays usually as SB is really low, are you sure more decrease it?

Yes I'm. He barely passes the midfield line, and as Fixer said his attacking positioning is far from impressive...

I wouldn't mind with even less att tbh :S He's already dangeours the way It Is and If someone plays Bilbao he's surely to be one of the players to go up in a corner, and that'd make him score way too much... You can't replicate It In your game If you feel he's got to go up on each set piece or corner unless you give him a horrible and out of standard attack imo, but at least something like 59-60 todo a bit of the trick..

honestly dont think he is this strong, He even had a couple of difficulties against Ozil, he is more like... a hard guy rather than a strong one? Got him on 87, probably grey agi candidate.

Not this strong, not this fast (specially in the first metres) and hardly worthy of anything over 72-73 for AGI. His long passing seems to be sligthly better though. I also have doubts about such a Mentality rating... he's a bit prone to concentration lapses and looks so so desperate whenever a high quality attacker starts giving him problems, usually getting a straight red in the process.

Agree .. Maybe he deserves 73 agi and I think his header should go up maybe 84 very well ..

Some random ideas as this is still in painful ol' standards:

STA -> 81
TS -> 77
Acc -> 72/73
AGI -> 70 (at best)
SA/ST -> 65
FKA -> 60
Curl -> 67
Tech -> 74
Ment -> 70
TW -> 77/78

The goal is to make him the solid, yet slow, unagile and prone to losing his mind defender that he is IRL. The current set is just too effective ingame, too energetic, too fast, etc.
