I never asked for ST to be lowered, that is one of the things were he's great. I know he wastes loads of shots due to poor accuracy or even poor connection with the ball but most of the times his connection with the ball when shooting is great, far above average for a midfielder. Imo it'd make more sense to lower his SA.

I play with Meireles, and is nothing like reality, maybe I'm wrong.
I did not understand, why! lowered their skills

Why does he only have SPA 79 ? I know we 'PSD' like to be harsh but this i just cant understand.. really. He most of the time doesnt try difficult passes, but still at the level he is playing they are anyways. He sometimes passes between two men easily.

His (short) passing has been frustratingly inaccurate. The way he just gives away possession even when playing simple passes, wow. It's the main reason why many fans don't like him and nicknamed him 'Meiruseless'. Well that and his awful tackling.

I'm sure you watch a lot more English games then i do, without a doubt, so you probably have a fair point. But then it must be a huge coincidence because when i see him play at Chelsea, or even in his Liverpool days, he always was one of the best on the field. And he has never been much of a tackler, his covering is just good. But i see that this also was removed (not a suggestion, just mentioning the facts/ if he had covering).

I'm surprised to hear you say that. I think I've missed like three Chelsea matches this season and Meireles has probably only had 4 games in which he was one of the top performers of the day. He's simply not been up to standard and he's been poor for months now. The whole Chelsea midfield has been awful this season, both offensively and defensively. Though he had a decent game vs Birmingham. I think he's the type who does well when the team is playing well but doesn't when the team is struggling. He makes a pretty good squad player but not starter material, not for Chelsea's usual standards.
Anyway back to his SPA, anyone else who has a issue with it?

I dont agree him not being a starter, but i do think that Chelsea wasnt his best choice. I would have preffered him to have stayed at Liverpool, his playing style fits better overthere i think. Where he can use his posistioning/off the ball movement better. I just dont think we should judge his passing by 'the whole Chelsea midfield has been awful this season'-standard quoting you. We should keep players up to date, thats true, but i think a green value for SPA is a bit overreacting. He has proven trough out his career that he is a descent passer IMO.

He's no Xavi alright but greens is to harsh on him. Personally i rate him arround 81~82... funny though how he used to have *passing wich was totally uncalled for.

Sure he is... never heard there's a Benfica fan in every corner of the world? :lol:

Btw, regarding the update there's a few things there were long time due. Decreasing BB and defence for instance was very well done.

It's the truth. American Dad and The Cleveland Show.. mehh, not that funny. Family Guy used to be funny in the early years.

I know it's off-topic but I don't care :).

@Stu
I used to love Family Guy, the first 5 seasons I think but I stopped following the show after that.

@Fernando
Fair enough, he's pretty entertaining but he's too much at times for me.

He's been doing well in a role higher up the pitch.
