Bio by Paddy:
The 18 year old, now Palermo strikers, started his career with Pescara in Serie B. Due to some regulations he could not play a game in Serie B, the year after he played his first regular season game for Pescara in Serie C1/A at age 18. Half of season later teams like Inter, Sampdoria, Palermo, and Manchester City all came knocking for the next “Christian Vieri”, but it was Palermo was able to secure his signature at the last minutes of the transfer deadline.

Edgar Cani is considered by a lot of Italian journalists to be the next powerful striker in Italian football. He is closely compared to Christian Vieri, and thats why Inter put a 2 million dollar bid for him, but was not able to sign the player. During the week before signing for Palermo, Edgar was called by the Albanian U21 team, but he declined to offer, saying that he was too busy with his transfer and could not get focused enough to play for the U21 team. A few days later, reports came that he had accepted an offer to play for the Italian U19 team.

In an interview for an Albanian website, he declared that he wants to play for the Albanian National Team, but he just couldn’t at the moment.

Albanians have seen this before, and they are just hoping that Edgar will make the right decision and play for the “Kuq e Zi” (Red and Black, Albania). Other players like Valon Behrami(Lazio, Switzerland), Sotir Nini(AEK, Greece, known as Sotiris Ninis now), have declined the Albanian National Team, and played for their adopted countries.

Will Edgar Cani make the same decision, or will he follow Marseille’s Captain, Lorik Cana, and play for his home country? Only time will tell, lets just hope hes not another Jonathan De Guzman!

Is he really that bad at this attribute? In ladder he would be at the end. I think his current value is good.
Technique, I propose 77 because in ladder are some overated players: Slusarski, Mięciel, Oziębała (Alexandre isn't already playing in the league).
Header: 83 - I agree.
Jump: I think 78/79. He jumps really high, This is clearly seen when he scores a goal (goal celebration).
Response: 79 is good value for him. He scores many goals, but most of them are rebound shots (for example in the match against Podbeskidzie).
Come on guys, Cani plays better and better. In my opinion, he is one of the best two forwards in the whole league. You should increase his stats instead of decreasing them..
*Post player and P19 - Fox in the Box - I agree.

Do You have ANY idea what particular stat means?
Nobody is saying Cani is bad player here.

You are trying to tell us Cani is agile, that's not true, he looks very clumsy and simply can't turn around quick, he's tall, strong and not agile.

Weight and height may tell you much about agility ;).

Ibrahimovic, heigh: 195cm, weight: 95kg, agility: 82
Llorente, height: 195, weight: 90kg, agility: 79
Do you want more examples?

Weight and height are not constant value for agility. Some players have better movement coordination, like those top players you give example.

Cani is top player in polish ekstraklasa.
He has good movement coordination.
Next example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKePEHkIxVI&feature=related, watch from 3:05, he scored a beautiful goal when he played for Modena.

Mate try to understand, what You're talking about got nothing to do with agility, and we're admitting he's decent striker for Ekstraklasa, good striker is not always rated high in every aspect, Cani need drop in TEC and AGI cause these are his weak points while he's good at holding defenders pressure, heading, making space for teammates etc.

Time to refresh the discussion and the former suggestions.

RES -> for me the current value is too low, I would give him something like 80-81
HEA -> it was suggested 83... and updated to 82 :? 83 should be fine.
JUMP -> one or two point more.
MEN -> should be green, but find the right place for him in the ladder.

and... what about his unfortunate AGI and TECH  ? Have you finally found the solution to your bone of contention?

AGI: He does not have impressive form in recent times. For me one point down should be fine.
TECH: No change. He has good first touch.

Let's wait for buszmen's and maybe other opinion.

PS. Johnny16 suggested one point down for AGI - It means 77 - 1 = 76.
and look at the ladders...

AGI 77: Dvalishvili Cani

TECH 78: Cani
TECH 76: FRANKOWSKI, DVALISHVILI

Aren't another ladders incorrect?

Rising only RES will be inncorrect. Dont forget that he have Reaction/Marouding what is boost for RES.
His ATT and RES should be very similar, so suggested little higher for both attributes.

ATT: 79
RES: 79
JUM: 78
MEN: 76

other ok

Maybe WFA and WFF should be higher.
