Yes, he can play also as DMF. you should add it at least as optional

after this season i would say that we can give him a higher defence and response. maybe defence 79/80 and response 81

Playing as DMF Kyriakos is steadily improving and I really like this player and his attitude (and his gigantic waterhead )! I won't give any specific values right now but an increase in the whole passing area seems imminent, here he has become much more safer. He participates more in Schalke's build-up play and even in some faster combinations as well without failing too much. Kyriakos' long passing has also increased a good bit, he's more confident to try risky long balls by times and changes sides more with mostly well placed crosses. One thing that really caught my eye is the speed of his passes, he plays them incredible hard and fast, so for me he should have a yellow value for SPS even if it looks a bit strange but hell this guy plays short passes as hard as other players shoot on the goal.

The same goes for Raúl btw, his passes are also very hard.

Edit: dammit now I'm going to recommend some values despite what I said a few lines above

Some other areas like TEC could need a change too but I'm not really sure about exact numbers by now.

He needs more experience. Against Teemu Pukki in the game against HJK at away, he was a flop during that game. But otherwise I agree with Malakayi, defence might go up to 79 in my opinion.

Header should go higher, around 83-85? He's also much faster than that.
His defensive skills are very good, but he lacks something, like positioning and concentrating is difficult for him, sometimes makes a very stupid decision like for example in his distributions, some of them had resulted as an own goal. What would I say, inconsistent? Lacks... composure too?
He'll become a top defender, but he should be preferred on the CB over Metzelder, with Höwedes partenering him.
So, for defence I suggest 80.

Considering his build, it is no surprise that he is so strong in his challenges and nearly impossible to knock off the ball but the young Greek defender has also improved his positioning and reading of the game this season. The game against Stuttgart was the perfect example of his progress, never allowing room to the attackers and cleaning up whenever necessary. Of course, his threat on set pieces is also a huge plus, a nice JUMP represented well by his 85, but even a player with 99 JUMP, needs a better value to send into goal, so his HEADER can go up 2-3 points, his HEA-JUM combo is becoming letal in our days. Also, his DEF and RES can be increased, just +1 and +2 respectively...

fantastic performance... easily the best player in pitch and after him Maniatis.
He is the best greek CB and has the potential to be better than Euro champion Dellas..!

Top Speed: 77-> should be close to 79(or 80) very good pace
also Acceleration: 76-> 79
Short Pass Speed: 75 -> 79 his use very often power in his passes
Jump: 85->deserves more, I don't remember today he missed any header on air.. totaly jumped over Baros and Pekhart
Mentality: 83, that should be the biggest value in his set.. fantastic mentality, does everything to won the ball, he is a warrior, "dog fighter"
Finally *Sliding, very strong tackles

I think he's very fast, both ACC and TS can be over 80, definitely.

Maybe his next season with Schalke will be a good one.
