yeah Marrone is a great player, i really hope Conte gives him more playing time...

i'm not sure, i'm really not that positive about giving him more than a 87/88 for his trapping, yes he is exceptional but i think that those things which he does are quite easily achievable with his current number...

I present you currently the best Italian CB:

"Il Ministro della Difesa" | "The Minister of Defence"

Name: Andrea Barzagli
Shirt Name: Barzagli

Weak Foot Accuracy: 4
Weak Foot Frequency: 4

SPECIAL ABILITIES:

Covering

Expo's:

I've given him such a high value for RES because of his great ability to intercept or even break an opposition attack before it even starts, this is one of his greatest assets as a CB also i've given him this value as i said that he's a great tackler but the thing is and everyone will ask themselves "Why haven't you then given him Sliding if he's so good at it?" The thing is if you give him *Sliding the players tendencies will shift and the player will try sliding tackles a lot more and IRL Barzagli does everything without such tackles as he doesn't like diving into them and risking cards he's just so damn good at standing tackles it's wonderful and rarely has to go to the ground to disposes a player so that's the reason for the high RES without *Sliding

Regarding overall pace and agility, i've always said that he's freakishly fast for a CB but he's sooo slow when he needs to start and his AGI isn't really helping him when jockeying an opposing player and relies more on pure reading and breaking play rather then going on typical one on ones with the ball carrier. A f-ing oil tanker is more agile than him, if it weren't for these two physical issues he would be a WC CB for sure.

Also i've given him a big value for TW as he's just the reason that the Juve backline is so organized and not full of holes like last year (also Buffon's help and coordinating from between the posts and the acquisition of a good RB and shifting Giorgio on the left has been quite helpful too). He mostly just drops deeps and coordinates his fellow team-mates so that the D-line keeps it's shape and helps the team execute the offside trap successfully.

I have a doubt, why condition 6 ? he is so consistent, thats what i highlight from him more, i was thinking on 8. And based on the readings from jurgens in brezza thread, i was expecting quite the opposite in resp and def, maybe its me, i havent analized him in deep, but his game is rarely noticeable, he always seemed to me something like a 'last man tackle/interception' style.

sorry for double post cale but i want to say, vidal have dissapointed me a lot :( He is fucking mindless, yet he recovers, but he is a disaster when trying to keep the flow, and i wouldnt say thats just all about TW, i think theres some part also in his passing. And yet he tries simple passes, its not like he is succesful with them, at all, its like if he'd had a fucking brick as boot, he pver hits them quite a lot, and although they do have normally good power in them, the succes rate is so dissapointing. Same for his long balls, he just tries does ridiculous chip passes, but they miss the target many times, he forgets he have a brick as boot.

PS: sorry for aggresive vocabulary, but im kind of fucking cranky

well regarding barzagli it was a typo, i didn't even noticed i that i've put a 6 for condition, will change it to 7. also he works quite well because of the low AGG and he has both covering and marking which limits his movement and you just put him a bit deeper.

are you talking about vidal in-game or IRL?

thanks Epsi, i'm currently testing him to see if a swap in DEF/RES would work better for the sake of trying to emulate his deep playing/cleaning attitude/tendencies.

well i'm not disappointed in him overall i've just thought that he'd bring more of an attacking option like he was at leverkusen, but that's okay given that we have pirlo and marchisio for that but vidal when defending is just pure class you may not see him often but the amount of work he does and the number of balls he takes is out of this world!

ok :)

i must ask you, how much points of difference in stamina existwith pes 2012 and the past versions ? 3 ?

About litch, he seems to have improved his overal passing and are you sure his teamwork of 80 is enough ? Defensively with his tactical understanding and discipline and offensively with his support, is the aspect i higlight from him more, i ask you if 80 is enough cuz i have no idea how much is needed for representing that :D

the difference is in around 3-4 points just as you said.

i don't know i've given him a pretty high value for DEF and an 80 for TW considering that i have my Alves on TW 84 i'd say a point more to licht would me more than enough he's pretty solid in game and even with this value is opening very well when played on RWB and is defending pretty great you should try him and see for yourself.

He's 5 points under him in ST and with a high SA and low ST he'll struggle to get his shots on target like most of the times IRL but when he gets them right he'll score almost instantly or pull a tremendous save out of the 'keeper. if it were the other way around his shots would constantly being hit in a straight trajectory but going wide, which really isn't the case with him...

Don't you think Messi's better short passer than this, cale? I mean, he's arguabily the best last passer in Barcelona in the last times imo, the deep passes he's been giving have been unmatched. Other than that I like the TW and shooting values, and overall the view Is pretty nice.

As for Cristiano, I just can't see him having such high FKA. I know some people find It difficult to score using his style but even though he's at times amazing at It he's not a constant target-hitter and...well he hasn't scored a goal so far? Im pretty sceptic about how practic his style Is. Agree on many other stuff, like less ACC and Agility, but I think I have to disagree with such a low value for jump.
