I agree with your suggestions, though I think his DA is slight better, so DA 80.
Other changes:
TS: 81 (He is quite slow player, barely use his full TS very frequent too.)
ACC: 80 (He is very bad in the first meters, could be even lower, he is not a explosive player.)

I think he is a better passer than this, especially in the LPA, I would swap his LPA with his LPS, his crosses have more accuracy than speed, and actually his crosses are very slow.
