I'm not finished with my stats for him, but here are some major suggestions.
Attack: 76
Stamina: 85
Dribble Accuracy: 82 (he's one of the better German Dribbler)
Dribble Speed: 82
Long Pass Accuray: 80 (his Long Passes are better than his Short Passes IMO)
Long Pass Speed: 80
Shot Accuracy: 77 (has a quite accurate shotespecially for a central/side midfielder)
Shot Technique: 78
Condition: 7
*Tac. Dribbling
Attack: 76

Updated
I deleted the Reaction Star although i think he is one of the few BuLi SMF
deserving it because of his fine forward run timing IMO. Otherwise his Attack goes up so it is maybe necessary.
BTW he was last Season much better and i think this is the cause why he had no invitation from Löw so far.

i agree, i guess 81-82 would be right for him. Gentner is a smart player that is good in responding to new situations and he often makes the right decisions on the field. That makes him an invaluable asset as a starter in Wolfsburg's midfield and recently for the german NT.

I think about increase his speed - he isn't so low.

I think you're right about INJ=A, but he is being substituted in every 2nd match. Therefore FIT=8 would probably not be reasonable.
