These players haven't been changed to Martinique because it's not in the editor. Not high on the list of priorities I'm afraid.

And I think Martinique is not a full FIFA member, so I guess these guys will (in theory) still be egible for France.

I also wonder when Kosovo recieves a UEFA and FIFA membership. At this moment a lot of Kosovar players are playing for German, Swiss, Sweden or Albanian (youth) teams but I guess they would be egible for Kosovo when they get their own team.

Yeah, it seems to be exactly like you say. I don't think a change is necessary on PSD, we can keep listing these players as French.

Martinique isn't even a country. It's a french land, at least until now. I don't know how it works if they want to build a national team, but I doubt it's possible for them because of that. They just have a Martinique team like some spanish region have it.

They have eyes but cannot see; they have ears, but cannot hear; they have tongues, but cannot speak. They are like cattle.

PIPA23 is not wrong though. Unlike Kosovo, they do compete in a FIFA recognised regional tournament so they already exist. It's just that we haven't got around to putting them in the editor.

I agree with tuco, the Martinique team competes in an official regional tournament and is a member of CONCACAF so their situation is very different from the teams representing Spanish regions. As for the "they aren't even a country" argument, I don't think it's necessarily relevant, just look at teams such as Tahiti who are even full members of FIFA.

And yeah, PIPA is not wrong, but the situation is kinda specific and unique - players who have represented Martinique are still eligible to play for France and vice versa, so I don't think keeping these players as "French" is a mistake. It depends on whether we want to list only nationalities of full FIFA members or not. :)
