Joe Cole is injury for the rest of the season... that was the reason because Quaresma is on loan. ;)

Looks like they are going to be going with a 4-3-3 with Kalou and Anelka on the left and right sides and Drogba in the middle.

Yeah it does look that way, though I think we should wait a few games to get a real idea of what Hiddink will go with.

My experience with watching Hidding manage the Socceroos is that he likes to change his formation to suit the payers he has available rather than just sticking to one formation no matter what.

What about Carvalho though, surely he will return to his spot when he comes back in a couple of weeks?

Formation and Settings I use atm.
I am not sure with the arrows but pretty sure about positions.
It's more 4-1-3-2ish than a formal 4-3-3.

Good formation but Lampard must be (AMF) and kalou plays very wide more as (WF) and most off the arrows are wrong. Like Terry the forward arrow is wrong you can activate the CB overlap tactic on him to make it more realistic.

I put it back.
But I'm not sure this formation does work anymore.
Drogba's injured and it seems Hiddink prefers Alex rather than Carvalho...

Today it was 4-3-3, with wingers on the sides, but Malouda little more defensive than Kalou.

---------Anelka--------
-Malouda---------Kalou-
-----Mikel----Lampard--
---------Essien--------
Cole-Terry-Alex-Ivanovic
----------Cech---------

Something like this.

I suppose they will show their players with best formation in CL game against Liverpool next week. Let's wait till then.

Vicecity, very good formation. I have formation Chelsea too. I worked on her long. They are very similar. I have several advices for you. You will make as you will want.

1. Essien play usually in CM. In DM play Mikel or Ballack. Match in Champions League with Liverpool was exception.

2. DM should not have arrow forward. In PES he come often to penalty field. Really come very seldom.

3. LCF should be LW. There plays often Florent Malouda and Salomon Kalou.

4. Short Free Kick Drogba/Ballack
Long Free Kick: Shot- Lampard, Long Pass- Mikel
R Corner Kick: Malouda with Malouda in squad.

I have second formation too (4-4-2 with three centre midfield and DM). I can write it for you, if you want.

My sugestions:
Defense Line - A/B
Offside - B

Special Tactics:
Counter Attack
Pressing

I greet.

Anelka was LCF, not LWF for first few games after Hiddink's arrival.
He used to have both Drogba and Anelka in the game, more like 4-4-2.

But now, it seems the manager choose to have formal 4-3-3, and make rotation between the two.

I think we should post new one after making sure about RSB(Bosingwa or Ivanovic) and RCB(Alex or Carvalho) ;)

Bosingwa is definitely the first team right back atm. He was only not playing on wednesday because he was injured. Over the season Ivanovic has played very few games so should be a sub.

hmmm,
but Ivanovic told that he hasn't on the good position while vs Liverpool on Champions League. He more prefer if on RCB even best composition for RCB-LCB are Carvalho-Terry.

as Hiddink told few months ago, Chelsea have many player that able to play on another position... ;)

just hobby aupdate STATS and faces, but never be a winner on PES tournament....
