Stamina: 81 - he usually tires badly torwards the end of the game and does not keep his game up over 90 minutes. Dribble Accuracy: 84-85 - very close ball controll without fancy tricks. Can keep the ball under pressure.
Short Pass Accuracy: 81 - difficult to rate because he literally never plays a through pass and mainly let the ball circle in the team. He is brillant at doing this and very good at dictate the tempo of his team but with higher stats it would imo result in having him too often on the assist list. He has so far only 1 assist and did not have much more in his past season as well to justify my argument. Short Pass Speed: 82 - very quick, curling passes not an inch above the pitch. Long Pass Accuracy: 85 - very accurate and one of his strongest points. Delivers the ball from one side to the other with much more precise passes than any other player in the SPL(probably excluding the man of glass, Jamie Ness)
Shot Accuracy: 78-80 - amazing accuracy from distance. He really aims his shots. Has so far 3 goals scored without kicking the ball every time he has him in desperate need of a goal.
Shot Power: 83 Shot Technique: 78 - again, look at his goals
Technique: 82 - Could be raised as well but his first touch is some kind of inconsistent so I would prefer to keep it at this level.
Mentality: 79 - has bite in his play but if his team sinks he does not turn up his game like Scott Brown as a prime example does.
Teamwork: 84 - very good understanding and anticipation sense towards his team mates. Would increase his ability to circle the ball well and this is what he does best.
Good move for both sides I think. Swansea have got a player who should fit in well, and Celtic have got good money for a player - although young and talented - never quite blew away the SPL.
Both Wikipedia and the official club site say that his name is Ki Sung-Yueng. Heard that he's going to get the number 11, since Sinclair is very close to leaving.

He ended up the season with a passing succes rate of 92.6% and agree with DMF, he played in the NT like 4-6 times already...
I want to suggest a small raise in his passing stats and extras
SPA 81->83 SPS 82->85 LPA 85->86 LPS 82->80 (I do not see so much speed in his crosses...) STA 81->83 (He does run a lot in games and with his response will represent him better in pes) TW 84->85/86
