A shame we don't have official sources about weight, but, well... how he's progressing? I was thinking about an improvement on TS (one point higher, on pair with Morimoto, maybe?) and on TEC (80-81). I honestly think he has a better trapping of the ball than Morimoto. And AGG also, IMO can be higher, seeing Morimoto at 92 and Acquafresca at 87, a 88-89 wouldn't be a miss.

All i can find is this word "He grew from 1.75m at the when last season started to 1.82 when it ended." It could be the one that caused him injury. Wiki listed him 183 now.
http://www.imscouting.com/players/alberto-paloschi/ said his weight is 70 Kg.

183/70 looks trustworthy ? Genoa site doesnt have his data yet....

has he come to genoa yet ?

Wikipedia lists him with Genoa, but Genoa's site doesn't confirm this, neither does transfermarkt ( which does make mistakes ).

He still didn't sign for Genoa, there are problems because he's (or was) in co-ownership and because he's injured, plus Genoa signed at least two strikers in last days; today rumors say he will not be signed. Also as Epsi remembered some post ago, there wasn't a public and clear announcement of his transfer in Genoa or Parma website. For this reason I moved him back to Parma, waiting for an announcement in their websites

About Wiki, do you want to bet that in next minutes it will be written he's a new player of Chelsea or Real Madrid? ;)

thanks ace. All this co-ownership stuff does my head in. Why have the italian teams got so many players ? they could fill the half empty stadiums with their squads.

Nice goal against Udinese, he came off the bench just few minutes before that. Chievo are quite unlikely to get a draw out of this. :(
Di Carlo should play him in the opening line-up regularly along with Pellissier. Pellissier is just alone in the upfield, he needs some support. He can't deal with 3 defenders in front of him.

isnt him a candidate for super-sub? I remember he had some impact in genoa game against Roma, and yet again with Chievo against Udinese. thoughts?

thanks for the update btw. :)

Yeah, that's right, I remember that goal against Udinese, it was quite good and shows that he has some talent.
So, I agree with super-sub.

made an overall update. What surprised me a lot is that he became really STRONG. He can face giant defenders without falling, Stendardo, Yepes, just to say some... and his trapping impressed me too (it could be even a bit higher).

He's been on great form lately. 7 goals in 10 games. Seems like Corini can take a lot more out of his strikers, Di Carlo didn't really care who scored.

Watched him today vs. Juve, had also caught a few glimpses in previous matches. In any case I'm not a regular follower so please take this with a grain of salt.

He seems quite good technically to me. Pretty decent trapping, nice ability to connect well with the ball even in uncomfortable positions and difficult angles. I'd probably have ST on yellows, and Tech slightly higher as well. Seemed to have a pretty decent burst, there was a Chievo attack today where he received the ball in the left side and ran clear off his marking with relative ease... it was partially thanks to a good response to the through pass (I see that's already well represented) but he also showed nice speed there, specially in the first metres (in the end he tried to do a pretty weird thing and Buffon got the ball without many problems).

He's very similar to Inzaghi in pretty much all aspects. Surely not as good as Pippo yet but even Pippo reached his peak at 28 when he moved to Milan in 2001. No wonder he's been called as Pippo's heir. Hopefully Paloschi can follow his footsteps, although I don't see space for this kind of a striker in the current Milan so he just has to keep on improving as a player and he can certainly become a great goal scorer.
