I think that more than +1 in HEAD, he needs +1 in Jump. He wins aerial balls more for his capacity of jump (1,79 m it's very low for a CB) than for his capacity of head which isn't good. MENT is good in 81 IMO, is a high value for him, but it's fine the current. In tech I like 75 (+1)
