i think he is a scoring star.. 13 goals in 18 games is very good.

This 1-touch Thing is not wrong at all.
He often uses "One Toucher" to get in Position for a one timer finish.
Leverkusen use to play very directly.

My opinion is that his dribbling abilities are both overrated. I played against Lerverkusen twice lately and he did not behave like he does in reality. I think he rather benefits of his positioning and especially his amazing shooting abilities. But with the currents stats he is looking for speed dribbling all the time due to his pace and DS, when controlled by the CPU.
I would go for something like:
DA=80
DS=84
Delete Dribbling* / P06 – Speed Merchant
