I dont know where else to post this but well, i'll do it here i guess. Bielsa teams and the ones that mimic his style are all about running and attacking, running to space and exploiting it, consistenly supporting in these way. I dont recall anything from his time on chile NT, but when i look to some of the most key players from there, i can see similarities that are all part of his style...superb running and stamina. Before marchisio tests, i thought teamwork was supportive possesion, and whilst it is to a degree, making runs, to exploit spaces distract and destroy the defence unit are all about teamwork, that is supportive movement, although more direct instead of possesion, but it is teamwork anyway. I see Isla on 88 TW, i see him with high defensive stats, polyfunctionality, and stamina in konami, and he plays supporting the hell in this way IG, that is Bielsa style, style i dont see replicated in here when it corresponds to teamwork :(

I see the team games but not much the players, so i cant tell much about them, but whenever i see them in possesion, i can see at least two guys moving the hell and making runs, always. Atm i see weird things like De marcos 78 teamwork, is that really accurate guys ? for real ? Or the fact that the highest atlethic tw rated player have 84 :| i want some thoughts on the matter

hey you know what I find the same problem with Barcelona and trying to replicate their style. Barcelona will not play as they do IRL in game with the current values, so I'm trying my own little experiments to try to replicate the Tiki-tika. I would suggest TW raise is definitely due for values like those, no one runs their asses off like in Bielsa's teams. green TW would not do in his system. I have no problem with mediocre players having orange or red TW, it's same like AGG for me, simply a positional, cooperational, and work ethical determinant. Not only Xavi's and Pirlo's deserve high TW, just as not only Gomez or Huntelaar only deserve high AGG. It's the overall skill level that is more important, that makes the difference and makes these players successful. Maybe you should consider going through the squad to see just how much support play they contribute, and compare to standard teams. Then, adjust accordingly.

If you don't put effort into your post, i won't put effort in my response.
