Don't mistake me, I was not suggesting, but asking. As you'll see, I have only seen a couple of pre-season matches of him. I was looking for someone who followed him more than me on his previous team could dis / agree with me :D
I like him, that's right.

Pretty well when he played on the starting 11. Preciado uses too much Barral and Bilic who are IMO two carnival shotguns. Sangoy should play more often as he's shown he's much better footballer in shooting, speed...I think his teamwork Is so low, he's got a great understandment with his up teammates (His amazing goal against Sevilla with Rivera's pass, the almost-goal against Real Madrid given by Carmelo etc...) I find It pretty harsh.

I see.. if you want to update his TW go ahead ;) Here in Cyprus, he was a balanced player in teamwork because he was the best player in the team and he had this fighting spirit that made him a match winner by itself, and i don't see why he can't have a better TW than Cristiano Ronaldo from the times back here :P

From what I've seen of him this season he needs some updates in different points of his game, just like Nacho Novo.

In what areas? Because i have some different values in my mind from his time in Cyprus than this set, knowing that he hasn't been touched since stavrakiss created him!

There are some things that I think need some changes. Besides his teamwork I'd also increase his mentality and not sightly. He is very hardworker, he sweats and he runs. I'm impressed with that. Sangoy's got Bilic and Barral's best for me: Positioning and Work-rate. I'd also increase his attack a bit, by one or so, he's by far better than the other two strikers. Also change WF for SMF (when he plays on the side for Sporting he plays there, but It's rare to see him there anyway)

Good shout!! in fact i don't remember him playing WF or SMF in Cyprus, maybe as a SS who drifted to the side so WF can be removed, you are the one who watches him more so it's fine adding SMF.
Another question, has he taken a free kick yet, a direct one?

He's scored an amazing free kick on pre-season and he's taken a few since season started, without luck, but some of them seemed to go well directed. I think his value Is fine for now, waiting for more kicks :P

Good, he was by far the best FK taker back here, mainly due to his SP, CUR and SA, but when he was shooting on goal (not FKs) his SP wasn't that powerful, as 86 says, i don't know if the high SP stavrakiss gave him was more affiliated with FK, but he has scored some beautiful goals with very good power too

1:33, 3:10, 3:32

He has even scored from a corner kick! check at 1:36

I just love this player  .. If he only played for my team  ... stavrakiss was very conservative when he made him, IMO he doesn't deserve these stats from his time in Cyprus :|

We are working on it and It shouldn't take much. I don't havem uch time but I keep in touch with John as much as possible. And no, Tasmin, he hasn't been that disaster. The whole team has been, and the problem the team's had in the last two seasons (Where ALL fowards were ad isaster, while in the 2008/09 both fowards scored 8 or 9 goals each) is construction and midfield-foward linking. That's been the disaster. Without balls, strikrs can't do much, and for me Sangoy's been the best out of the three (Bilic and Barral being the other two)

good to see you guys are working on him :) !

but i can't agree with the the GAME ! it was my point of view on sangoy. yes definitely sporting' s center mid-field is a disaster.but they organize there attack mostly from the right and left wings rather than from the center of the field.and they are not bad in attacking from the wings.just follow the last match against levante they attacked a lot but the forwards failed to give them the goal they needed.it was eguren ,a mid-fielder who scored the goal !

the wingers did create lot of scoring chances for their forwards.but it was sangoy who didn't react to it at all and missed quite lot of chances.

i am not saying that he didn't ran at all or bad in dribbling or was lazy ! ya he did lot of run in sporting but his scoring ability looks disaster to me !

a man standing on yellow value for both SA and ST should have been little bit clinical !

vamos arriba la celeste !

Yeah but wingers need support. Diego Castro is a great player but he isn't CR7 even tough he sometimes carries the team on his back. Sangoy's failed some chances but he didn't do It that bad when shooting. Most his shoots went very close from the bar and I think he has to adapt a little bit to the spanish league. As I said, we're working on It and I try to follow most Sporting de GIjón matches (Both by TV or from the field as It's at 45 mins from me) and I'll keep an eye on Sangoy until we post his update ;)
